Hiya all Things are progressing my end and have my first little seed punching up with three others close behind... I've got most of the things sorted but having trouble finding an ultra quiet fan for air circulating and to breeze the plants about for stem strength. I bought a $30 Kambrook Arctic 30cm Quiet Desktop Fan which is not quiet...its louder than my cheapass $12 Pedestal fan. Can hear both through my air sealed solid core door...not quality... I thought about a bunch of quiet PC fans controlled down to a quiet speed, but it seems a rather lot of stuffing around and a high cost for possible not a great amount of airflow Is there something you guys/gals c…

G'day forum, i'm back after years of trial and error. So basically since i've been absent i've ditched almost everything I was doing and started with fresh ideas/concepts. Forget any posts I did a few years ago, i'm a more experienced grower now and ready to get back in action. Howdy Folks, I was drifting off to sleep the other night, comfortably numb, Started thinking about sexuality of our beloved plant. I have always, until recently used bag seed and grown outdoors, i have always done as i'm sure others would and pick the Biggest and healthiest looking seeds for next year and end up with at least 50% males, usually more like 55- 60%. Recently after buying some feminized seeds from Bonza and noticing that they are all quite small, and thinking about the ones that i made a couple of years ago using the Colloidal silver method which were also quite small seeds i have come to the conclusion that mother nature makes the males big and strong like i…

So here is my idea. I don't want to waste a whole plant to create seeds. And I know it's basically pointless to take a clone from a autoflower. But what if I take two clones from a autoflower, spray one of which with collidal silver, and just leave it in a small contained area (away from my other plants) to let it pollinate the other clone? Yes they would be two small little auto clones that will run their course at the same time the mother does but I think this will work. Any ideas, opinions, advice, or tips would be appreciated! Afternoon all, I am about to harvest my last bagseed outdoor grown. I trimmed a bit of, tidied it up and it looks like this. Its doesnt look quite like other plants that I have grown. They look like big calyx's,(apologies for spelling) or seed pods, but there are no seeds in them, in fact there is nothing at all. The rest of the plant looks like this. Any thoughts?? Hey guys, I live in Far North QLD, and last year, just before summer and the wet season, I planted my first marijuana crop. Just two plants, to try it out, see if they survived, to learn the techniques and hopefully have some sort of harvest at the end. I started out with 2 seeds, THEY BOTH TURNED INTO FEMALES! Anyway, I picked out of a bag of weed that had been grown by someone in the bush, and not taken care of. Hence why the bag of weed was more like a bag of off-cabbage. This "cabbage" is what drove me to grow in the first place. I picked two darker seeds with some light brown spots and stripes of black.
