Harvesting solely base on the colour of stigmas is like making a house purchase decision base on the colour of the roof.

There are certain strains which produce full brown hairs during week7 , due in week9, and yet the trichromes are clear AF.

Mate these two pictures are conflicting i think i may just resort to my eye, mine have 95% white hairs but yet showing 30-35% amber trichs

red/brown hairs have nothing to do with harvest time, it's all about the trichs, if you don't have a loop it's just guess work, 30x is pretty good but I like x60, I feel x30 just isn't quite enough, I know this is an old topic but there on eBay now for like $8 I got my 30x/60x for $10 and a 45x for $7 putting your camera lens over the loop let's you get even better pics, zoom in on them afterwards to have a really good look at what's going on

I reckon these are ready, going to chop them early Saturday morning, found an amber trichome 

might let the first one go for another week tho, its not quite ready

Yes they are always a pain to trim 

 

 

Those wont get chopped till there ready, be 4 weeks + 

was only being a silly tnuc, everyone else seems to want to chop them early thought i'd join in
