Nah they need 12 hours or less to flower and we getting more than that this time of year.

It can still go to flower at this time of year depending on age. In this case they are young enough not to stress. By the time they are big and old enough it will be a month or so time from now and light hours will be 14 or greater

Shit can go to flower at 13.5 even 14 hours depending on strain.

Even if ya had a strain that flowed with 14 hours light which would be rare if you put it outside now it would not flower now.

Okay so I’ve put the last seed into soil, even though it hasn’t cracked opened. Hopefully it still does. And I’ve got them under the fluros for 15 hours a day now. I’m just lightly spraying the top soil for now till the properly sprout

Alrighty,

 

7 days from placing the seeds in the wet paper towels and Jacker Herer Seed A and Blue Power seed B have both sprouted. (Jack Herer is in the green pot)

 

 

The other two still nothing yet, but I’m hopeful for at least the second Blue Power as it had a tap root when I put it in the soil.

Good job bro, not sure if just me but I would ease up on the watering looks a tad wet there. Make those roots go searching can easily be drowned now. [emoji1365]

That'll get ya started, and like bc said, don't give em alot of water or they won't have intiative to send out roots and grow

Ahh! That’s guys, I didn’t realize that!

 

It is a bit wet, as I took the photo after spraying them, but I’ll pull back on the watering a bit and try and get them roots stretching.

Alrighty guys so here’s a bit of an update. Both a Jack Herer and Blue Power have sprouted well and are looking good. Just wanting to make sure they aren’t stretching too much??

 

(Green pot is Jack, black pot is Blue Power)

 

 

Now the other Blue Power has pushed above the soil, but the shell is still very much on it.

 

Should I be getting in there with tweezers and try and peel off that shell?

 

And finally, the second Jack Herer that didn’t crack in the water (but did sink) or the paper towel method has still not sprouted. How long do you guys usually wait till you call it a dead seed?

I mean I might as well keep it there for a week longer, but I feel after two weeks if there’s no action there won’t be right?
