Warranty would be a piece of piss the Chinese are pretty good for warranties they may even include a few extra units in a medium purchase just to cover those...

True, Gaz. Most in business over there do their utmost to retain a positive reputation.

 

But at a shade over $200 a unit, most growers could take that hit if a unit shat itself.

OK been communicating in Chinglish actually the Chinese speak better english these days from when i have previously ordered from over there in the past, so far a new 315w CMH globe is US$40 shipped, a complete ready to run light kit is US$200 awaiting shipping cost...

 

i think CMH are going to be like MH/HPS are now at $100 a kit its just a matter of mass production/import and sales but at $500-$700 a light from a dealer they are royally fucking us in the ass, imean if the Chinese can make a profit on a $200 light whos making the rest?
