I agree make all drugs legal, some people will go overboard, as millions do with booze every weekend, but less likely to happen and much easier to deal with if it's not all a big secret and it's produced legitimately and the tax money is put to good use.

I don't know what's so hard for some people to understand about that. People going to do it no matter what

The main reason they dont want to do it is people wont work for them ......

When the British were in India in the state of Bengal originally part of the British Empire .....they had trouble there because the bengali natives who were bhang lovers told the british to shove it because they tried to take over the hemp trade ,because the russians had cut off supply for the british naval fleet ....they had started the civil war in the US and needed a hemp colony hence Australia was found .

My main point being too is when drugs are illegal ......it makes police target drug dealers ....looking for a particular drug eg say heroin......we had the epidemic in Cabramatta in NSW ......abd then what happened .........they changed to meth........cops got on top of meth ......then what happened ....ice......they get on top of ice whats next

Do you think there would still be an ice/meth problem if there was no negative stigma, and a support structure of informed individuals in place to help people who go over board, the same as for alcoholics. If you want to try heroin or acid would you rather go to the bikies or the pharmacy? People are going to do it either way, might as well create jobs and tax it.
