I have read the court transcripts. Pretty sloppy work on behalf of the Hemp Embassy to think it would fly legally.

 

I can register a cannabis company right now, doesnt mean shit without an approved licence.

As Tony found out in court. Its a shame, I admire his work, and no man should be charged for helping others.

But you wanna make damn sure ya have a leg to stand on BEFORE ya take on the system.

So the law will do what it has to to inforce the laws just ot not.

Untill the laws change in this country in regards to cannabis he has to face the law.
