lack of colour and leaves a little droopy

Recommended Posts

she is looking better

seen

but shes not happy yet

i see some leaf tip discolouration and the meri stem at the top growing point is disfigered

indicating high grow room temptures and nutrient burn

crucal --->bring the temputre down

or add co2

also

you might be running the nutrient sollution a bit too strong

lower your EC br 25%

how long has it been since your last flush??????????

if you run your nutrient sollution at full recomended strength

then you should flush once a week

that means make a fresh solution every week too

the temp is at twenty 24.8 degrees is that too hot ??? i thought that was good temp for an ozzy grow room it never ever gets above 27 and usually sits between 23.5 and 25.2 again i was to believe that is a nice cool temp??? the light is 53 cm away from the top of the plant. is that to close ??

yes the e.c is quite high 2.1 ph is 6 to 6.5

i flushed the plant on Saturday when i dumped and changed the mix the roots are looking a really healthy white shood i do it again tonight and change the mix and drop the e.c to lets say 1.8 ??

well thanx for the advice radic and if any1 else has grown dutch passions blueberry and experienced simular problems let me no even if you havnt had trouble what temps and what e.c do / did you run it at because im curious too no??

tempz are irey

if that is the tempeture at 53cm from the light

same as the plant top

seen

yes the e.c is quite high 2.1

flush again with strictly pure water

ph correct if the pure water is below5.9 or above 6.9

dont correct it if it dont need it

seen

yes i would cut back to half strength 50%

straight after the flush

then the next day make up a fresh sollution at 1.6 ec

irey thanx for the pix

yes they look much better

the EC is still a little too high

add pure water to get it down another 0.5

bring it down to 1.0

try it there for a few days

keep takin pix

you see the new growth leaf tips are curling down

that is a sign of nutrient burn<-----too much nutrient

and or exccessive heat in the grow space<------too hot

28c is way too hot

did you try to get that grow room temptures under control??????

whats is the EC doing??????????? rising or falling since the flush??????

well now i got the thankyous out the way the e.c has rose .2 so its sitting on 1 point seven so ill do another flush tonight and drop the ec like you said.

ill keep it on 1.0 for the rest of the week then see how it goes

the temps have been easy to control for the last month since i got the aircon the room diddnt get over 25.5 today and is like that most days generally sits on 24 heres a pic of the bad boy keeping it cool have a look at the bottom left corner 400 bucks worth of cool air for me and the plant :peace:

ireyness

flush her again

and any time you see the new leaf tips start to curl down like dat

flush

forward ever

your on track now

it seams that

the nutirent sollution is unstable

causing the EC to rise to dammaging levels

seen

keep a close eye pon the EC over the wk end

dont let it rise above 1.5

watch the new leaf growth

the tips of the new leaf should allways be able to catch the light like a solar pannel

the older leaf that is allready damaged should stablize but will never recover

its the new leaf growth you wanna watch

as soon as you notice a change

like the new leaf tips pointing down away from the light

flush

and

yes wait till she recovers before you put her into bloom

plan for monday

do you use PK for the changeover period from veg to bloom?????
