Pot Plants ina Qld court as eviedence of harmless herb

Recommended Posts

10am all rise...............

ya know their sic story

i dont tink they will want to deal with roc 1st

more like last before lunch or on the day

so they can walk out

but im only guessin

he could be first

this court does not hav the power to do what he wants

so they will offer him some option

they know he needs to get to a higher court so he wont accept the outcome

roc will prob ask them some questions that they cant answer

like

I and I Ask for answers to the following 5 questions to be made under penalty of perjury

1.) what is your regulatory authority and delegated authority to address I and I ?

2.) what is your oath of office?

3.) can you show I and I the law that states that a living breathing man can be bound to the Queensland and Australian Constitution and Drugs Misuse Act 1986?

4.) Can you show me the law which made Drugs Misuse Act 1986 part of the Constitution?

5.) Can you show me the contract with both signatures on it?

and they will leave

these doc dont exist

they dont want to listen to this

they will run out of the court

before roc can finish asking the 5 Qs

may be he should ask 1 Q at a time

well he will do that when he gets to a higher court

Sorry Radic, I didn't reaslise this thread was firing again. Didn't mean to ignore you mate.

Yep, you're dead right, those things are the things a system claiming to be based on God's law (Christian) should observe. In fact there's a lot more to the freedom of people under God's law (debts being forgiven every 7 years, charging interest on loans illegal, unlwful to imprison someone, or banish them...free food and wine for the hungry ..only the best of food too, no crap rubbish food...), all according to the bible and much much more. But some people around abouts get all wound up if the bible gets mentioned at all, apparently they feel they're being condemned or something? So I better not go into it too much.

I hope he fares well with the plan.
