Heavy cannabis use 'damages gums' Heavy cannabis smoking is a major cause of gum disease, research suggests. An international team tracked the dental health of 1,000 people born in Dunedin, New Zealand, in 1972 and 1973. They found heavy cannabis smoking was responsible for more than one-third of the new cases of gum disease among the group by the age of 32. The Journal of the American Medical Association study follows work linking cannabis use to mental health problems, and lung disease. Cannabis located at Salisbury (5/2/08) Source: SA Police site Just after 2.30 this morning Elizabeth police located a burnt out Subaru WRX on Brown Road at Waterloo Corner. Checks revealed the owner lived at Salisbury and patrols attended the home address to speak to him as it appeared the car had also been stolen.
