g'day; long time no chat i have recently been told that the department of housing and the police in Tamworth NSW, have been informing tenants that the cultivation of up to 4 plants outdoors is now legal?????? does anyone have any current law knowledge on this?

How is it a Qld GP can refer someone for an abortion even though it is illegal under Qld law yet refuse to prescribe cannabis for a sick or dying patient? I am neither for or against abortion (your body do what you like) but strange the Doctors are willing to kill in breach of the law and not willing to save in breach of the law.

I've looked around on the web and all that, but can't find any relevant websites, with the victorian or australian laws on cannabis growing. what constitutes commercial growing? i have some mates that grow weed at there houses. For a first time offence would you go to jail for like 10, 15 or 20 plants? Im planning to grow again when i move out, but oviously dont want to get in shit from the po-po's. Hi All, i'm looking for info because i come in Australia in the next time... In which state is very dangerous to be busted by cop (no tolerance at all)? In which is good tolerate (obviously if take the normal precaution)? What happen if the cop find me inside the car with some pot? What happen if find me high when i drive? (is possible make the drug test if the cop only THINK that you maybe are high? even if you do not have any sign of fusion?) Sorry for all questions, but i come in OZ for take good experience, and if have to don't smoke for some time i prefere don't smoking than go in jail.
