No doubt somebody has already put this up somewhere but i couldn't be bothered searching for it, feel free to delete thread if it is. wasn't sure where to put this but i figure here was a good start. I hope somebody can make use of it. Enjoy http://www.public.iastate.edu/~dfaden/lawbreaker.html Is it ever right to disobey the law? David Faden Philosophy 201 F February 21, 2000 Yes. All I could find on this was the 2003 'Drug Aware' brochure. I am mainly interested in this, because I was issued CIN's - cannabis infringement notice(s) 5 years ago. I'm not sure whether I was given one or two, because I had a pipe and about half a gram of weed on me at the time. However at 'Big day out' perth 2009, I was caught with a pipe and about a gram of pot. HOWEVER, this time I was sent to court, I asked if I was meant to get an infringment notice, but he said 'you only get one notice these days and it goes to court'. I plead guilty, but now I'm not sure if I should have. Maybe I was meant to get a CIN instead? Anyone have ideas if they did the right thing or n…

i live in a house owned by a friend who i pay rent too but i am not on a lease, he lives in another state and we made an agreement that my rent would be lower if he is allowed to stay at the house when he is in town. if I were to start growing hydro for strictly personal use (2 plants), and got busted. Could he be charged with any crimes relating to my growing? Of course if I got busted I would take the rap, just wondering if he would be involved being the owner of the house and sometimes staying here?

Hey, sorry if this is in the wrong section I'm new here and wasn't sure where to put this. Anyway.... I was wondering if anyone could fill me in on the specific laws surrounding growing? I've heard it differs from each state, for instance having one plant can be legal depending on where in the country you are situated. Cheers

I understand that all Laws must be legislated by Parliament before it becomes a law for the Australian people. It has been brought my attention that in Queensland last year that 22 thousands queenslanders were convicted under law's made outside this country, Example:- In 1925 the Geneva Convention required the prohibition of the non-medical use of Indian hemp or Cannabis, the Mexicans called it Marijuana, "Cigares de joy" were a brand of marijuana cigarettes openly and commonly sold over the counter in Australia., until the turn of the century. At that time, medical reports that One of these Cigarettes give's immediate relief in the worst attack of Asthma, Cough, Bro…
