Hey guys. I'm about 4 weeks into flower now and the buds are developing nicely. a couple days ago, I was doing my weekly flush and as I'm draining away the excess water and i notice a little group of white things grouped up. It aint roots, coco or perlite, so I go in for a closer geeze to see tiny little white larva, some of them are just chillin, others are swimmin around a little, and a few when disturbed kinda fly up out of the water before failing and landing back in the water to chill again. For the last yew years I have been using perlite / Clayball in a recirc system, so these kind of pests are foreign to me. After trolling the forums over the years, I was pretty…

Hi, I am just about to invest in some green lacewing in an attempt to annihilate the spider mite and white fly that are killing my plants. Does anyone out there have any idea if they are effective?? I have tried neem oil and kelthane as well as confidor but they just keep coming back and are driving me ABSOLUTELY NUTS!!! We are growing outside and trying my best not to use chemicals but, these little buggers just keep on coming. Any thoughts and or suggestions would be most appreciated. I don't want to waste our money on expensive little bugs (that are apparently native already) but, i feel like i have no other choice. Experience here anyone PLEASE

My father & I started growing last summer and had a pretty good crop. We're having issues now with either a bug or disease & probably both. We've had a white Rhino going since November (I think) & it just exploded, nothing but heads awesome but then we noticed these strange discolourations, so giving it a good hair cut it showed some life again but now again, sad. I really need to find a solution as I have to big bangs going strong but haven't headed & some of their leaves are starting to show signs of the same damage as the Rhino (I know that's beyond saving,) so we're really desperate to get on top of this before the bangs are ruined. Outdoor plants…

Spotted these at a Stihl Tool store today. The idea of a bug trap working away AND supplying CO2 into the room drew me to it. Anyway... www.jakmax.com.au or google "jakmax terminator"

G'day Everyone, I Got a bit of a problem, I have a few unknown insects on my plant that I can't seem to identify on google or elsewhere. At first I thought that It was Woolly Aphids but after closer Inspection this seems to 'not' be the case. These creatures look similar in appearance to Woolly Aphids, But have slightly different features. They are about half a centimetre (5mm) in size & Live on the stems on the plant only. Here are a few pictures: That's just about it, If anyone is able to help out it would be much appreciated. AussieToker.

G'day all I've got a few Spider Mites and Fungus Gnats in my magic cupboard, and I'm not keen on spraying anything on my beautiful buds.... So, I went hunting. For those that don't know, Ladybirds LOVE eating the pests that love eating Cannabis, as do their young. A short walk to the neighbours roses, and I found what I was looking for. Ladybird larva. We all know what a Ladybird adult looks like, but these are their babies... I collected half a dozen, and put them on my plant to clear up any unwanted guests Wikipedia link for further reading http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coccinellidae

Hey I just went to visit my grow to find my seedlings being eating to the stem. I thought i had fixed the problem by adding snail pellets on the floor as the seedlings are raised off the floor but 10 out of my 14 seedlings were smashed in a matter of 3 days. My 3 bigger seedlings seem to be fine and are at their 3rd gen leaves. Does any one know what could be doing. Its near a local bush in suburbia. Im going crazy as im down to my last seeds and Im literally going mental. Does anyone know what it could be. It looked as if some seedlings had been pulled out and were on their sides. I think they are just attacking fresh seedlings. Is their any poison i can get to put on th…

Aloha ! Ive looked around and believe my problems are definantly some kind of pest. My photos dont show it too well, but most of the leaves have a trail of white dots on them , similar to what i think may be spider mites. Just thought i would get a few more opinions before i unleash hell on the fuckers. The plants are in Veg outdoors, maybe 10 weeks old. I have also noticed one or two of the lowest fan leaves dying off but assumed this to be normal Any opinions or advice are extremely welcomed. Cheers guys

Ive got a 600w cooltube 1.2m tent setup growing bagseed as a trial run. due to a hermie being pulled i had a chance to inspect the roots. I found quite a few white curl grubs amongst the roots. I have had these before in my outdoor grow. The only way i know to get rid of them for sure is confidor but I've read its no good for mullies. Has anyone had experience with these pests? I have searched high and low but cant seem to find any information on controling curl grub in edible crops

hi, hoping someone can help me, I noticed this white powdery growth on my plants about a week ago, it is on the leaves and stems of mature plants that i am growing in perlite under 400's in a closed cupboard. I have a fan in there, and water usually about 3 times every 24 hr period. I've taken a couple of pics, hopefully someone can give me some advice on how to get rid of it, because i am in the middle of a pick and dont want to put my new clones in a potentially diseased environment. Thanks
