My question is, can I use this in a clay ball medium as well? I was given a 5 litre bottle of it. It says designed for a cocopeat medium. Surely would be ok though?

Coco, perlite,geolite. It's a fantastic, trouble free media. Best of all, you can use it over and over again if you clean it right. After harvest, let the root ball/pot dry out for a few weeks. Then you can clean the media ready for the next crop. Hi Guys, I've been looking for a way to do low stress tie down training in Rockwool Hugo cubes. The problem is there is no convenient "structure" to tie down to on the cubes, unlike growing in a pot where you can tie to the pot directly. Anyway, I recently got a 3D printer so I've made a first attempt at designing something to meet my needs: The basic idea is that the plastic parts and aluminium tube form a structure around the cube, with tie down points on the top plastic part. My coco H&G is running out and I'm wanting to get into a perlite and or perlite verm grow. I would like to do combo of run to waste, hempy buckets, and have a go at recirc. Which is more suitable for me? Hydro or Aqua flakes? Aqua flakes they recommend for recirc as it keeps ph etc more stable. I don't imagine I'll get into a proper dwc setup so is aqua flakes more suitable for with my grow types? I'm leaning towards that but would like some opinions. Hi Guys, So i had a couple of bush plants i tried growing to make butter for some pain relief and although the grows were not great(winter grow, long way from home, little water) I still ended up with about 40 grams of ok material to make the butter. The butter was good and helped with sleeping and the back pain, so now i am trying to do a better grow outdoors in the back yard. Hi all, Was in my local the other day, and got chatting to old mate and new stuff coming out. He said they will be getting emerald harvest in a few weeks. He was telling me that it is the only Vegan based nutes on the market aka only made from plant material not fish or cow ect. It looks every interesting, it comes in a 2 part and 3 part. But its getting great test results from the dispensary as one of the cleanest nutes out there, beside Aptus but that have cow in it. Any one ever tried it.

Hey peeps! Started a grow diary mainly for myself to be able to look back on....... but have a question on nutrients. Soooo much information out there that it just becomes a head fuck...... girls have really popped out there first true leaves over the last few days and looking at first hit of nutes in the next couple of days....... thinking of following this for the first grow, but only using cal-mag plus the flora trio, which I already have waiting. Hey crew After ready through some info on this forum and seeing some people’s inside grows (particularly PapaSmurfz ) since I’ve had a few going in large pots with less veg time With coco run to waste I was cringing having to fill the 100L tank every 5 days or so ... could probably tweak it slightly by buying a seconds timer but usually 1min twice a day is how it runs auto and there isn’t too much excess runoff .. Anyway , I ordered a 9kg bag of megacrop from Pops Garden and just started using it as per instructions .. yet to tell if it’s gonna be amazing but when I worked out it can do about 6600 litres per $160 bag I’m hopeful compared to laying out $$ on canna . …

Hey crew - apologies started a thread before with some questions but thought I’d start a new one and feel free to hijack it with your own questions just keep on the coco topic !! Just after everyone’s own success regimes and I’ll trial a few and see what works for me - My gross are generally in a 2.4m long by 1.5m wide and 2.4 high cool room panel shed - I’ve also got 1.5m sq tent I veg and sometimes bloom in aswell but currently trying dwc in that tent (see grow diary Jimboss goes to Africa ) 600 hPs in 27litre dual pots run to waste with an average ec of 1.4 in veg and 1.8 flower running Canna Coco (easier to buy in 5L drums and don’t need seperate veg and bloom nute…

Hey crew I know it’s a dumb question since it’s not my first grow but just want to make sure I’m doing everything right !! When mixing nutes I always add say 1/4 water with my hose/ inlet valve running in the reservoir and add in my Part A nutes while letting the water keep stirring and filling up the res , I then add part B a couple mins later ... it’s never gone milky on me which I’ve heard of it does it’s not mixed properly and basically throw it out . Then if I’m adding rhizo I’ll do it and stir it up . Budlink silica - never really used it anyone here use it ? And do you mix that before or after the Part a and B ? Then after the Chems I’ll PH the water to suit …
