hey I'm having problems with my plants atm. they all seem to be curling. the big one not so bad but its bottom leafs are curling. the one in the little pot most of the leafs are curling. i use a timer to water the big one twice a day 15 minutes recirculating back into the reservoir during the lightning period. and the little one i water by hand twice a day. they have 18hours of light 400w hps directly over the large plant 12". the room reaches about 30 degrees Celsius. i have a osculating fan. a duct fan venting out of the tent and a small duct fan venting inward. i have been using the dutch master calculator to step up my nutrient levels and have been following them to a…

Hi guys, i seem to have a strain that loves to rip out nitrogen in late flower say around week 7. I really want to push these girls to 10 weeks but i think they wont last. Has anyone else had this experience with a strain? Im curious to see if there's something i can do for my next round. Ive added a nitrogen additive at week 7 at 0.5 ml per L. I think ill double that. Any ideas, solutions? Thanks

Having a bit of an issue with the EC in the nutrient solution for my recirculating through perlite setup. Nutrients I've been using are Canna flora 2 part with H&G multizyme and Canna PK 13/14, was using H&G 2 part up till a week or so into flowering. It's been going for a bit over 2 months, and I flushed the crap out of the perlite before first using it, had a small amount of PH climb initially, but that has stopped ages ago. Have been tending to run an EC of around 2.0-2.2 generally, but have had a couple of accidentally higher solutions, up to 2.8 once, but the 2 plants seemed to be loving the high EC and didn't suffer any problems from the couple of higher…

I thought my plants were hungry so upped their nutes and noticed them starting to burn. I checked the pH of the water in the trays and it had risen from around 5.8 to 6.5 - 7.0. I'm using pH drops so I'm not 100% certain but those numbers would be really close. Today I flushed the plants with a little bit of super low pH water to even out the high pH in the perlite and then gave them all a ton of water pH adjusted to around 5.7 and made sure that the run off measured exactly the same before putting them back in the tent and giving them all a feed. I checked the water before giving it to them and it measured 0.6 EC and around 5.7 pH and after giving all the plants a fe…

Running 400W HPS in 1mx1mx2m tent in central Vic. It's exactly 21 days since I flipped to 12/12 and all of a sudden with the increase in outdoor daytime temps I'm seeing temps in the tent soar to 33 degrees at the end of lights out. I've currently got the lights on from 5am to 5 pm but am thinking it would be better to run them from about 8pm to 8am during the night instead. Would changing over stress the plants? Best to doing a one off night period of 27 hours and then move to new schedule? Any advice welcome. Cheers

Stacked OG Kush in soil and 20% perlite. Using Montys Organic Fertiliser and Wise Wallys Superfeed [worm fertiliser]. She is showing leaves curling downwards and tip burns. Leaf curling seems to be confined towards the bottom of the plant. 2 other plants, Grapefruit and Skunk #1 showing none of these problems. I flushed yesterday with about 5L water because I assumed it was nute burn, now I'm wondering if it's not overwatered in which case I've probably exacerbated the problem! Photos aren't great cause its bloody windy here today. Any advice welcome.

These 2 plants were about 12 inches away from the bottom part of a large reflector w/600W MH. The heat coming off the inner sides of the reflector under which the plants were sitting is fairly intense, I'd say hot enough to dry out a piece of bread in a couple of minute but not hot enough to start turning it brown. The affected leaves feel quite brittle, but I can still bend them without breaking them apart. Ambient temps are around 25.5 - 27.5, humidity is around 30%. I also fed these plants a couple of days ago, so there is the possiblity its nut burn or maybe even pH flux as the pH was a tad lower than usual. Thanks.

Urgently looking for help. My garden is in complete meltdown. I have plants ranging from 4 to 8 weeks. Grown from seed there providence is a complete mystery. All started strongly yet began to deteriorate at the 3 week stage. They were planted in Sealy's Premium (Aust. soil mix) with 20/1 mix of manure mix and perlite. Initial seedlings under 400 watt LED, learnt and remaining seedlings kept under a 4x36 watt T8 fluoro array. This is where it goes to shit. PH 6.2 – 7.0 (non digital measurement) Temp 24 – 28 Celsius Nutrients – Canna Terra Room is ventilated. Lights on 18/6 (1) Growth has been slow and has almost stopped in places (2) Plants display numerous symptoms o…

This is my first grow I have grown the 3 of these from seeds (great smoko), all 3 popped together but as by pics they are at varying stages, I have not changed routine for any of them and they stay together. I checked PH run off it came in at 6, I have them in coco hydroponic store stuff. While small I have them in mixture if outdoor sun (when good) and under 130w 6500k CFL about 2-3 inches away on a 18/6 cycle. Thinking of HPS set up when they little bigger?. I am doing a 1 on 1 off watering with the nutes. I am basically throwing open to advice from images I am concerned about dropping leaves and 2 plants have yellowed on bottom leaves as 1 has not I assume this is be a…
