I just moved to australia, and i have found the deals here to be expensive, so i have decieded to start growing. I can get hooked up with seeds, except i am not experianced at all with growing so i would like to ask some questions. 1.when should i plant my seeds? 2.how many seeds should i plant? 3.when should i trim the plants? 4.how do i tell which plants are female/male? 5.where should i buy soil/ which soil should i buy? If you would answer these questions and give any other necessary infomation i would appreciate it. I am not looking for a major harvest or anything, i just would like 2 or 3 plants for personal use. thanks

After harvesting my first crop this April (thank you all at oz stoners for the great information) I started experiencing growing withdrawals ;-) To ease my symptoms I decided to plant an outdoor winter crop with the full expectation that all of the plants would die before maturity. A couple of months have passed and I now have around 20 healthy 1 to 2 foot tall sexed plants in pots, half White Widows the others assorted bag seed. Ok, where do I begin? I'm in Canada and these girls were in my closet afew months ago... I have 6 girls, all around this size, they others were transplanted before i remembered to take a pic to show oz.... Hi I am going to start a new thread outlining my experiences with guerilla growing in the land of the rising sun. First I am going to write about site and seed selection. hey, i was wondering if Dutch Marijuana which has gotten use to their climate grow properly in Australian climates? cuz were i plan to plant it is cold at nights, sometimes frosts, so it would be good if some of their frost resistant sativas grow here.... also there lots of fog n due so thier strians mold resistance is good 4 me...

Hey all, Just out of curiousity...I have some seeds that I wouldnt mind grpwing into some nice juicy nugs, however I'm a little confused as to when to plant them. My instinct tells me at the end of winter, so towards the end of July / August. However alot of my friends keep planting them in June or March...and then letting them grown through Winter. The results they get arent too good to say the least, so I thought I'd come to the professionals Just wondering when to plant them...any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Maynard

I started these really late, but, better late than never! As a result, the one in the photo is only about 35cm high! The plants are Apollo11xApollo13 from MjoZ. They are planted in a mix of compost, worm castings matured chook poo, with healthy earth fert ( the best), chucked in. all roundly mixed with perlite. I'll get back to you at harvest. E

Hey all I am new to growing, I mean I started growing some with a mate, but he didn't take care of it and it went to the shitter. Anway, I have got some bag seeds, and I really wanna grow a solid plant in time for early december or around christmas (uni holidays).
