So I'm after some cfl all I can afford in lighting currently. Go same as another I read on here.. 24w CFL But they come in warm white or daylight I'm thinking the daylight.... Anyone advise Cheers

Hey gang I’ve started a few seeds in my propagation dome and a few have sprouted but I swear one of them is growing upside down ? The taproot seems to be going towards the heavens (the light ) I’ve attached a photo - I usually put the seeds in the right way down but usually they find their own way anyway - maybe in rockwool it’s more common if they don’t have enough room ? Is there anyway to save it by maybe cutting the rockwool and putting the taproot into another piece of rockwool upside down or anything ? Not sure if it’s seed genetics , Had an order from Seedsman of about 40 seeds total with 5 different strains and the germination rate has been about 15% som…

So I set up my scrog over my GSC Trainwreck and GG4 the other day and in the mean time I lost track of how full my nutes tank was while filling and near flooded half the bedroom my 3x3 is in. I had to take everything out pack down the tent and let the carpet dry. When I set everything back up today I realized that the GG4 has started to flower. Now I'm at a loss what to do... flip it all and enjoy a earlier smaller harvest of a scrog only half full or try to reveg it? If reveg, what's the best way to do it. Thanks in advance for any help. Hi all, new here. Had a couple of grows the last few years and am still in need of a bit of advice. First of all ive been using pots, about 70l i think, so as to avoid termites. Ive noticed that a lot of outdoor grows people dig holes in the ground then put pots in? Is there any advantage to this. Also, id quite like to go organic providing I get as good a yield, obviously there are many other benefits going organic. Also, what time would be suggested to put seeds in. I usually plant hybrids jan/feb so they arent in late flower during the wet which is generally over by may. If i went full sativa (thinking gold rush by sss) would i be able to plant a bit earlier? Sup fellas, new member, first ever post..im a bit technologically retarded too so dunno if this has been posted before. Bare with me. But anyway im a big fan of the natural healing benefits of aloevera it's full of nutrients, vitamins, good sugars etc etc.. So a couple months back I thought i'd break a aloe leaf and stick a dope plant cutting in the goo and see what happens.. I got roots thru not much quicker than using powder or rooting hormone gel, but like no leaves on the cutting/s died in the process and i have had 100% success rate with all my other cuttings since using just aloe.. Nice thick roots on all of em.. Doesnt seem to matter where i take the cuttings…

G'day everyone i just found this page and joined about 10 minutes ago. Cut 2 lower pieces off one of my frisian dew plants about 5 days ago and dipped them in powder, than poked them in some potting mix. They were wilted and looked dead until yesterday when i noticed one standing up. Just noticed the other one wanting to do the same. Wasn't expecting it to work, was more of a muck around as i've never done clones and didn't do much research. Here's a pic of yesterday and then today. Cheers

These seedlings are now outdoors, had some issues with one tray. Never using Yates black magic seed raising mix again lols. Holds too much moisture. Anyways. A bunch of strains mostly my LV 1201 (Truthband x (pineapple chunk x Afghan #1) x critical skunk F3 and the Truthband x (pineapple chunkx Afghan #1) bx version f2. Some bittersweet D, a bunch of sativa hybrids mostly SD crosses and Texas G a few more black domina hybrids. Soil picture just before turning. Two weeks ago. Palm fiber, dolomite, ash, chicken guano, tilled top cover: clover, borage, comfry. Food compost, worm compost, kelp meal and liquid kelp and fish. Vermiculite for drainage. Ready for planting. …

My fellow horticulturalists, Has anyone tried propagating plants using leaf cuttings? And has there been any success? I am currently doing two experiments: 1) with a tiny leaf with a small piece of stem attached, dipped in clonex purple and set in sphagnum moss in a cup under plastic wrap. After a week the leaf is still green, but no signs of growth. Female parent plant, basically Colombian Gold two month old plant. 2) is a fan leaf with seven segments and leaf petiole attached. No stem tissue. I dipped the base of the petiole in clonex purple and set in sphagnum moss with no cover on an inside window sill. Only done today so no progress to report. Male parent plan…

So I lost some males in a few strains and was planning on making some fem seeds anyway from some of my fem plants using silver. With my regular females, am I able to make say one branch throw male flowers and pollinate the other half of the plant with it? Or would I be better off crossing it with a different strain?

Does anyone know if you pollinate an Auto with feminized pollen from a Photo-period will the seeds be Autos? I am thinking that as the progeny would still have the Ruderalis strain in them they should still have the Auto qualities? Cheers Z
