Ok so I've got it all coming together, have my fans, HID, watering ok, basic soil nutes ok. And my Northern lights photo going good. My tent is good cos lights provide good heat and the air intake right under my ac outlet, so good in summer too. Generally happy. My question, I have my photo on dark 8pm to 2am, reason for slot was so could attend after work etc before dark period. However as the cold approaches, I feel I'd be better with the light on during night. So I'm looking at moving my dark period. Can I just move it to a better time but still 18/6, or do I need to do it in graduations, as in move it an hour a day... Or would that stress more, so do in one hit? O…

Hi all, pollinated a few girls yesterday but had a few showers of rain maybe 3 or 4 hours later. Would that have been long enough or will I have to hit them up again? Thanks

Hi all, im wondering , if im going to cross 2 seeds of the same strain , how far apart should the seeds be planted , ie 2-3 weeks I think it takes more time to produce pollen, on a CS treated plant, than the flower is at optimal time to receive pollen , so if I planted 1 seed , to be the male donor , how many weeks to plant the 2nd seed to be the female, would you suggest, planting , so the flowers are at full bloom to take pollen, at the same time the pollen is ready Nutter

Returning to growing after many years. Have good seed ordered but in meantime... So I found some old seeds, quite old, but stored air tight in cool dark area. Thought give it a go, I put 2 in wet paper towel in a bowl and covered, 24 hrs later they both cracked and tap root showing, I planted in mix potting mix and pearlite to hold moisture, (done this before with success) Only used pencil to make 5mm hole dropped in gently and back filled. Be about 5 days now and nothing up

Hey crew I was looking at buying an aeroponic cloner - question is I hear people have mentioned having it on for 5 mins and off for 45 etc - what timers do you use for them ? Seems like it would take forever using a standard one to set one like that ? Also has anyone used the seahawk cloner at all ? Seems like a good idea , I don’t have a good success rate with experimenting with clones at the moment I’m quite new to this ... think i get them too wet in the rockwool so thought I’d give this style a shot . Any info , feedback or experience welcome Thanks ! Here’s a link too it https://www.eppinghydroponics.com.au/~eppinghy/seahawk-cloning-station-24.html

Hey gang I’ve started a few seeds in my propagation dome and a few have sprouted but I swear one of them is growing upside down ? The taproot seems to be going towards the heavens (the light ) I’ve attached a photo - I usually put the seeds in the right way down but usually they find their own way anyway - maybe in rockwool it’s more common if they don’t have enough room ? Is there anyway to save it by maybe cutting the rockwool and putting the taproot into another piece of rockwool upside down or anything ? Not sure if it’s seed genetics , Had an order from Seedsman of about 40 seeds total with 5 different strains and the germination rate has been about 15% som…

So I set up my scrog over my GSC Trainwreck and GG4 the other day and in the mean time I lost track of how full my nutes tank was while filling and near flooded half the bedroom my 3x3 is in. I had to take everything out pack down the tent and let the carpet dry. When I set everything back up today I realized that the GG4 has started to flower. Now I'm at a loss what to do... flip it all and enjoy a earlier smaller harvest of a scrog only half full or try to reveg it? If reveg, what's the best way to do it. Thanks in advance for any help. Hi all, new here. Had a couple of grows the last few years and am still in need of a bit of advice. First of all ive been using pots, about 70l i think, so as to avoid termites. Ive noticed that a lot of outdoor grows people dig holes in the ground then put pots in? Is there any advantage to this. Also, id quite like to go organic providing I get as good a yield, obviously there are many other benefits going organic. Also, what time would be suggested to put seeds in. I usually plant hybrids jan/feb so they arent in late flower during the wet which is generally over by may. If i went full sativa (thinking gold rush by sss) would i be able to plant a bit earlier? T…

Sup fellas, new member, first ever post..im a bit technologically retarded too so dunno if this has been posted before. Bare with me. But anyway im a big fan of the natural healing benefits of aloevera it's full of nutrients, vitamins, good sugars etc etc.. So a couple months back I thought i'd break a aloe leaf and stick a dope plant cutting in the goo and see what happens.. I got roots thru not much quicker than using powder or rooting hormone gel, but like no leaves on the cutting/s died in the process and i have had 100% success rate with all my other cuttings since using just aloe.. Nice thick roots on all of em.. Doesnt seem to matter where i take the cuttings…
