This is just an idea and probably a stupid one but it occured to me that for outdoor grows in the bush the biggest problems are bushwalkers and copper choppers. If its your own land then you really just have the aerial surveillance to worry about. Your big back garden plant glowing with golden heads is a dead give away to alert police riding a chopper over your property but the human eye is easily tricked. When I was in the army I was told that if I stood perfectly still an enemy chopper would just as likely think I was a tree as a soldier and go straight over me. Obviously what separated me from the surrounding foliage was my running like a man posessed. What makes…

Hello everyone! I have been using 60L black bins for pots and i'm sick of watering so much. This year i may just plant in the dirt. Would i use less water. In the pots, the plants dry out way too much because of the bloody heat, and my yields are crap. Any thoughts appreciated

Gday, thought Id post up some pix and a cheers to those who've already helped me do what Im doing, too many too name TGF google. If I pull this off OK you should be able to see some photos of an outdoor ScROG. My sitch requires that they dont get too tall. I do have a question. I think they have started to bud? and Ive only just tied down the branches for another "Vegging" of lower branches. I was expecting the budding to start later? March?? In some of these pix I had only just restapped then photographed them, they are all pointing skyward now- i really have been punishing this poor thing! If they have started to bud I think i need to strap everything to the wire level?…

Any of you outdoor fellas tries growing 'master kush' or similar outdoors? I ordered some from gypsy nirvana without doing much research. According to a good buddy who grows around my area (far north coast NSW) they grow big and bushy but due to the rain we get around Jan/Feb /Mar the buds get so full of mould they are worthless. May save them for the seed swap at next years mardi grass....

Heya all, I just wanted to know, hopefully someone would be able to help me and answer some of my questions as to when exactly the outdoor marijuana season starts and finishs. For example like when would you plant your seeds and when would they be about ready for harvest? Which months would these be? Can you grow in winter? (i herd you could but was unsure) BTW i live in Adelaide, South Australia, if that makes any difference. Thanks for your time

Righto, i got 4 white widows couple of them are females as i started them early, 1 mexican sativa female, and a few young ruderalis indicas. The widows are roughly half a metre high couple in the ground couple in pots. The mexican sativa is also in the ground, but its a very temperamental plant when it comes to feeding. ATM it looks healthy except for the edges of the leaves are a lot darker even on the established leaves. is this normal? also I have topped one female widow, and it is going alright, but how long before i cut it again as I want a mother plant? Ill post pics of them soon as i get batteries. White widow from white label and the mexican sativa and ruderalis a…

its been a long time since i posted on this site. and im starting this thread early to see what people think. i plan to grow a very small fem plant from an autoflower strain called "russian rocket fuel " i ordered the seeds a little while back and ive been planning this for a few weeks now. i have just moved to melbourne. living with my sister and one other and she has told me NO PLANTS! well i have scoped a spot but there are problems.. heat. the plant will be growing on a tin roof through the hottest part of melbourne summer. -there will be wind, which normally would bot be an issue. but this time because of the need for stealth this plant must be grown in a…
