Hey all, I'm gonna start my own little crop soon (saving cash for equipment) but I just wanna know when to flower the plants and how, when I plant em i'm gonna wait until the plants are ready to flower then buy a HID but what lighting times do you put on them? like when they get to a certain height what do you change your light timers to? By the way to save cash im gonna grow with CF's, if they are enough to grow with until flower how many would I need for each plant in a closet? Thanks for your previous help guys.

hello fellow growers,wanting to start seeds under lights for about 18 hours for 4weeks but still want them to grow in the veg stage once i take outdoors,do i need to cut the light cycle down before i take outdoors as wanting them to grow for approx 3 months before i think they will start to flower,do i turn lights down 1 hour each week,day,etc,has any done this,thanks 4 anyones help,bonging out

Hi all just letting you all know..... ALWAYS PUT YOUR PLANTS IN A SHELTERED PLACE. The frigen wind just uprooted 20 of my best plants 20!!!!! They were uprooted and in the sun all day I hope i can save them..... Dammn all 20...... EDIT: Dammn the duststorm got my 100th post :angry:

hello fellow growers.can any help ????growing indoor from seed wanting to know if i take outdoors what light cycle would be best to start them 24 18 12 or so on ,and can this be done? and how long would u let them go until u take them outdoors as i have 6 months until mature. would appreciate anyones advice on the topic . keep up the good work

hi all, i am wondering if someone could possibly answer some questions that i have regarding transferring clones into a dwc setup. once again you might have to excuse my lack of knowledge i have been busy setting up my cupboard for the last week or so, i cant wait to get it going. after reading some posts on here i am wanting to set up a dwc system with one or two buckets as ive got most of the stuff here already. anyway, whats the go with transferring rooted clones into expanded clay? do you just put them straight in or is there other stuff to do? is it possible to start them off in a rockwool cube and then put the cube into a pot of expanded clay once roots are s…

Hey guys, I wanted to see if you could tell me what you all have seen regarding plant size and potency. I had 2 plants for my last grow, number 1 flowered for 2 months then i cut it down and dried and cured. PLant #1 was a thick strong plant, It needed very little help holding large buds at the end of 1to 2 ft branches, It also had a main stem at 3/4's of an inch, it was thick, I was presuming that this plant would have the more potent yeild, as it appeared healthier. I just cut plant #2 down, It was a little behind #1 but ended up flowering longer then #1 by 20 days. Hey all was just reading in a post were pipeman was asking about a thermostat, that is something i have been looking into as well but not been able to find anything, i would like to jet 1 u can just plug into a power point and set as i dont want one that to wiered in to the mains in a garage looks a bit odd, i just had an idear with one that u have to wire into the houses mains could have it wired into an power cord so u could plug one end into the power point and the other end could be in your grow room with the thermostat wired to the other end and then u plug ya fans or whatever into it so if any sparkys out there could help it would be grate

G'day everyone, I'm hoping this topic will be able to help people such as myself and anyone else who wants to grow some nice hoochie... Other topics posted such as pipemans story etc are very helpful but I hope this guide will be more straight to the point where everyone can have their input on the best way to grow weed without running into as many problems as possible... I guess I should kick it off by saying I've read a fuckload of info on growing and everything tells me something different, if some accomplished growers could have some more personal input rather than most of the guides i've read which have basically been in a "growing weed for dummies" kinda style…

I been putting off doing something about getting back on track with growing for ages. So I thought if I start a thread about it that might give me the motivation I need to get my shit together. This is a pic of my cloning tub. Most clones died, about 4-5 lived. They've been in there for I don't know how many weeks now. Some time ago after they rooted I changed the nute mix to 1/4 strength veg. The regular light bulb I had in there was just to keep temps up at night. I left this box alone and didn't go near it for over 3 weeks. Came back to it and whadaya know, the bastards are still alive, and one of them in particular went huge. I've bent it over a couple times…

Hi all im growing very berry 3 fems on 12/12 for 5 and a half weeks they only have small buds on them about 1 cm. My setup is soil, hardly any nutes and 3 100w fluros I grow in a robe with no fans but they get most of the 12 hours light outside in full lunchtime sunlight. I have alot of other plants that could be taking up this space and a hydro setup im putting in, they have only recently started to really get into budding. So in the view that i have many better plants to veg and the budding plants are badly streached and not proforming to well. Should I cut my losses and try for a better crop next time? (They really are in a sorry state no brantching off just on…

dose any one were to get these aquamiser in qld i have been looking around but cant seem to find them in qld and with an air stone in ya nutes should u have it running all the time as i have it set on the same timer as my watering system and comes on when my pump dose and goes off when the feed is finnished
