Just wondering if I am meant to be feeding these plants anything at the moment? I was probably meant to start a while back yes? Forgot all about it. One is much more bigger than the other two. Probably because I dropped them whilst moving into a sunnier position.. fuck i feel stupid. Anyways... should I be putting something into the mix? I have Blood n bone lying around somewhere.

Hi everyone. This is a great site, I'll post my first growing experience as soon as it's finished. It looks like I've done *almost* everything wrong, but I've got a bush in my wardrobe and I've learnt a lot for next time. I was hoping someone could tell me if it's ok, or even necessary, to prune the big arse fan leaves that are covering the secondary growth, the leaves are pretty much sitting on top of each other. The first pic shows the undergrowth with the fan held back, the second is taken from pretty much the same angle with the fan leaf back in place. I'm worried that the undergrowth isn't getting enough light but I think I read that you're not suppo…

This isn't a bold new statement, just an observation. I recently germed some bb in two mediums - some in a perlite vermiculite mix put in the hole in a 2 inch rockwool block, and some in Bunnings seedling starter mix. The rockwool were done 1 week earlier. I soak overnite then put the seeds in whether they've germed or not. So - the rockwool, lost one seed the rest up in 4 days. The seedling starter, lost none, 2 up in 2 days after planting, the rest up on day 3. Now 3 weeks on the seedling starter ones look a lot more vigorous than the rockwool ones. And they are 1 week younger, but bigger leaved and thicker stemmed. I think the seedling starter may give a young se…

From the time I started growing I must have thrown out a couple of dozen spray bottles that stop working after a few uses. At last I have found one thats worked for me problem free for over three months and still going strong. I raided the cook and senior bud trimmer's cupboard in desperation one day and found this little gem so I've now placed a layby on four bottles of bathroom mould remover for her xmas present. Anyone had any success with other spray bottles ?

This is apparently Hindu Kush x Blueberry, but thats just a rumor. This is probably the most poular dope around my area of WA atm. Everyone wants it. They are the most solid buds i have ever seen! when they dry there is absolutly no shrinkage at all. Over the next week i may get some nice colours start to appear, but im not crossin my fingers cause of the weather. Pics arnt the best cause im just testing out the new camera i scored on ebay.

please help. i am growning for 2 weeks. no lights yet. the plant is in a pot. about 5 cm tall. the round leaves are starting to go yellow and two of the pointy leaves ave got brown bits on them. using natural sunlight. and kmart fertiliser. can anyone tell me how to keep it happy. it looks diseased. no money, so please advise in the cheap area if possible. if not, the expensive way and i will save and try better next time. thankyou if anyone can help. ps. it has been a bit overcast in brissie at the moment, would that be a possible cause? ps. sorry, i tried getting a pic, but its seriously out of focus. here it is anyway.

Constantly rising PH level

My PH rises to alkaline every day in my flood and drain setup with expanded clay as a medium. I am worried about this because I think it should only be a weekly occurence. Should I discontinue using my tap water and stock up on distilled or is adding 1ml of PH down every few days for 20L of water OK [i let it stay alkaline for a few days]? OR, if you think this isnt a good situation could I dump the water every fortnight instead of getting distilled or is my tap water a big problem? Ive added about 5ml of PH down to the 20L and havent topped up the reservoir yet. PS. Im using liquid tester but I used the same kit last time and adjusted it weekly - it was different t…

I have about 40 clones (1st clones) i have transplanted and they seem to be very week for the first 24 to 48 hours and they perk right back up after a little mist and fulvic acid, do you have any suggestions on transplanting and any type of stimulator i should use. Also the clones are about 6 to 12 inches high at transplant is this big enough and how big should i expect them to get, also is there any type of pruning i should be doing or topping to make more buds?

I lost every plant I had this weekend when my dear old mother decided to spruce up my garden mistaking my young ducksfoot plants for weeds... She also noticed I had a few plants in pots and commented on them, I said they were some odd plant I had found in the garden when I moved in and decied to cultivate them to see what they were. She knew what they were and told me so.... At least she beleaved me when i said i had no clue as to what they were. So she up rooted them and disposed of them.... I now have a few extra plants in my garden and a few less weeds. Alas I am without my babies.... Shes staying here now and things are looking down..…
