Hi, me and my fiance are looking to grow one or two little autoflowers at a time in a big old closet, we have a 300w led, mylar to reflect, pots to plant the seeds in. I am ready to plant them when the seeds arrive, but I am very confused about nutrients and to an extent watering. Could somebody tell me which products exactly I need to buy and write a nutrient schedule for me? I would be very appreciative, i need to know how many times a week I need to feed these plants and how much of what nurrients I need (i have no understanding of growing any plants at all, so this is all very new to me)

So what's the best / quickest way to identify a female plant? as not to waste too much veg cycle time if it's a male. Can you start on 12/12 then as soon as it shows something, ditch or switch to 18/6? how do you do it?

Hi all. Have a Yantra South epi Sativa. Took these tops at the plants second topping 10 days ago. Have kept them in a light solution of season and put under 12\12. Very hard to see I will admit but I'm not sure if these are signs of pistils or the next set of small leaves. Not much happening at the nodes, just the tops. Any comments welcome. Tell me what you think. Cheers

I am wondering how people use heat mats in clone boxes. I am trying to heat up my click clack that i use for clones. I have a reptile heat mat that I placed under the box. However, spots of moisture make their way onto the heat mat, which concerns me. So, is anyone else using a heat mat with clones and click clack boxes and experienced similar issues? Thanks Ford

This is about soil testing at NTS but info i think is very handy knowledge part 1 http://blog.nutri-tech.com.au/soil-therapy-guidelines-understanding-your-soil-report-1/ I am currently writing new guidelines for our Soil Therapy™ reports. CEC Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC) offers an immediate guideline as to the nutrient and moisture storage ca…
