well,, i just thought id lets yous know about these little beasties,,,,,, under lights, my little sprouties are getting some leaves"no biggie i hear u say" but i never seen this before,,, ok,,,, u know those first "water leaves i think" those little roundish ones, that stay round an dont get jaggered,, well the next leaf up,, usually doesnt that stay a single speared leaf,, then the next one after that usually has maybe 3 spears then they go from there,,, every mj plant ive grown has done that,,,,, a single round leaf, then a single speared one, then a 3speared or more and eventually 5 spears 7 spears or just stay 3spears all through,,, is that confusing????,,, well these…

got some 4 week old plants just experimented a bit with 3 of them, topped 1, tied 1 plant down, and trimmed 1 plant back a bit which is growing some double leaf type thing i left on. done march 20 will have pics soon of this outdoor grow there getting every bit of sun when there is sun, there in a real good spot called my backdyard and my parents are pretty cool with it . have some pics soon and see how the progress is going...

Here's the situation. I want to grow one plant to show the wife how nice it would be to grow our own. She's not too keen on growing our own right now, but I think if we grow one with some decent yield, she may change her tune. What is the best way to go about growing one plant? Where should I get seeds here in Australia? What's with the male/female plants? Which ones produce buds? Size of the container? Soil? Watering? Light? Anything else I need to know? Thanks for the assistance. This will be cool!

Hey all, I have a few 3 week old plants and the leaves on em are huge, stems nearly an inch thick already. The problem is that the new stems are growing straight UP right next to the centre stem and actually hitting the leaves above them, they won;t grow out cuz the leaves are blocking all the light. Do i cut the leaves that are blocking the view or will the new stems puch there way through?

hi all im running 4 plants on a reciurclated fully auto return, with perlite as my medium,using dutch masters @5:1 in 60lt res with airstone the plants in 3 weeks have done almost nothing ,and what growth is there is either dying off or just trying to hold on , i flush once a week have full ventalation both in and out but they just dont seem like they want to grow but the tips r staying green but lower stuff browning....anyone's veiws greatly appreciated also have been growing succsessfully for the last 5 years neva had this happen b4?????? WS

I think they are roots. They came out of one of my plants a few weeks ago and i didnt think abything of it. Now all my plants are doing it. (does anyone know what i'm talking about?) I'm pretty sure they are roots soooo.....If they are, should i be filling my pots up over them? they look wierd........

howdy all, i have recentley read that in australia it is unlikley that you would get busted for 1 or 2 plants, due to the paperwork the cops have to fill out. unless u have been reported to the police, therefore they have to bust you. :angry: just wanted to get some other persons veiws on this. as i always thought you would get busted no matter what???? peace & light. echo junkies.

Hi all, I want to start keeping some mums for future clones but i need some help on keeping them alive. I will have 4 under 3 CF's, Do i need more light?. They are in dirt so i dont have to care for them to much. How often do i feed? and at what strength do i feed?. At the moment i have some Miracle-Gro 15, 13.1, 12.4, Will this be ok or should i use something else?. I will also be adding some more CF's in the future, The size of space is, 2ft x 1 1/2ft x 2ft high. Thanks heaps, Much appreciated, Paranoid.

Hi all, I got a problem.... and before you ask it has nothing to do with any sexual diseases! I'm gunna be moving house soon and I've got to think of the best way to go about it from a growers perspective. My 9 plants are still in veg and will probably be about 1ft by the time I have move. I have thought about taking clones from each plant and then flowering them to determine sex and then pulling them, that way I just have all female clones to start with from scratch once I'm settled. I haven't had a joint for months and I think it would bring tears to my eyes to have to kill 'em. I think the main problems are smell (as they are starting to stink even in veg) a…
