Hello hows it going. I was just wondering if i am going to use a bubbler setup in a rectangular tub say a 90Ltr. I was wondering if i am growing 6 plants how much area between the holes would i need? Like what is the minimum and maximum area between plants that i need ? Write back thanks.

G'day guys, I was surfing a few weeks ago and stumbled across ed rosenthal's "ask ed". Anyway some dude asked him if it was ok to have a green lamp in the grow room for nightime gardening. Ed said yes but didn't go into specifics. I know for a lot of people this would be a very handy idea. Is there a downside i wonder. Also is there specific brands of green lamps to buy? I've asked at 2 hydro shops and they said they'd never heard of idea. So has anyone else got any thoughts? wc

Hello, I'm a relavtive nuub as to this as it's only my third crop. I'm growing "red devil" in perlite. Anyway this is my first time growing in perlite and wonder what people thought of it as a growing medium? Furthermore how often do people think it'd be appropriate to water in perlite given that it doesn't seem to hold a lot of moisture. I now have a problem. I've just turned the plants over to 12/12 and lifted up the the grow tubs to find the resivours beneath full of roots. What should i do with them? A mate said to put a spacer in because they'll rot. Will they harm the plant if i leave them there? Looking for any shared knowledge.

Hey hows it going. Well i can spend up to $500 AUD dollars or so... Well i am looking for something which will include the following. Main lighting area with HID lighting up to 1000 watts.. Mylar or reflective film on all the sides and roof to produce more light. 3 Or More plants growing under the 1 light. Automatic watering system so i dont have to water as much only water when its needed. What do you think is the best watering system drip, ebb, flow or any others ? Or should i go a NFT system ?? A Water timer and checker,PH checker (Any other checkers ?) Medium either Rockwool or Cocco Canna Grow space will probaly be about 3-4 ft in width by 6ft or so. On the …

Hey just wondering what medium should i use for a tub bubbler setup ? Rockwool,Clay balls etc ? What do you think ?

Ok I had a look through the older forums and could only find scarce reference to dwc setups....this idea was floated to me recently and I am keen to know more.... anyone care to elaborate?

I have always been of the opinion that Ganja grew in the summer and flowered in the winter , therefore making impossible to start a crop in winter time. However I hve met a couple of growers who grow in both winter and summer. These guys asked me if I wanted to put some seeds in and I accepted. My question to you guys is how exactly does a winter crop work? Surely the plant will flower in the winter? Do I need a special winter seed? What size heads will I get? Please disscuss.......

I have turned my plants to 13/11 and when i got up to look this morning I found 1 of the plants had water coming out of the leaves, it was in drops waiting to fall, where the hell does this thing get the water from and why is it doing it anyways??

I have some small plants about 20cm tall, how old or how big until i should start adding ferts etc? thanks

Hey all the grow has been going for prob 3 weeks now but just tonight i got my camera :-) so i though i might share a bit with you all :-) Unfortunetly i am very tired and havnt figuerd out how to scale down the pics my only two choices are 50k pictures and 1.4mb pictures DO any of you out there know of a freeware programe that i can scale down Jpegs with?
