Im interested in seeing how small you guys have rootballs for your plants? After seeing some ridiculously large plants in small pots during my travels on the net, I decided to see just how small you can go? And thus, we come to these bloody things: Between the two standing plants, you can see a full sized HPS globe standing Before you say anything, yes, they are revegges, they have also always been on the edge of the rooms...and they are currently 10 days into flower, however, as you can see, the entire rootball is encased in the rockwool cube. I intend to take these all the way to harvest without further medium, which is the purpose of this little experimen…

Sup all about to get a small cupboard grow going but need advice on the soil. this is my gonna be my first indoor grow, gonna use some 80w CFL's in this small thing (still need to rig it up with fans and filters etc) measures about 40x40x175 now being my first indoor im a complete green thumb - i have atteptemd grown 2 outside plants b4 but that was just pure luck they survived as long as they did. so question is what is a good easy first timer medium to use? something that isn't too hard to look after or requires crazy nutes etc .. i dont want to get too crazy yet on my first attempt. from what ive read coco seems pretty good, i have noted that it says it retai…

Hi guys, Im starting a new grow in a week or so and am going to be growing some fem strawberry cough for my anxiety. I was planning on growing in a small attic with some high powered cfl's and with soil and canna nutes. the area I have selected is fairly large but has limited ventilation. Could some growers on here give me some advice on ventilation, lighting, soil mix amd anything else I might need to know ?

last night the power went off in my area 6hrs into my budding cycle and stayed off till 6 this morning, do I go on like it didn't happen or what do I do as they only got 6hrs of light before turning back on for 2hrs . My budding cycle is 8pm to 8am.

After flushing my plants (15ltr pots of perlite) Should i give them full strength nutrients or should i give them 75% or 50% or 25% nuitrients.Please help

Thanks one and all for your advice and tips. My situation is that I have a limited time to get the harvest dried and stored. As I've said, this is my first crop that I'll be harvesting, and all the info in this post is valuable to me. The use of a dehydrator in the long term is not my plan, I just needed some help to get out of a tight spot without f*cking up my prized first attempt...! I feed her twice a week with water mixed with Nitrosol. She seems pretty happy at the moment and is growing pretty well. Hi all, Am about to start my first grow! I will be planting AK-48 feminized, Auto. Short Rider Fem. I bought the seeds from buydutchseeds.com has anyone had experience with these varieties? also is it ok to start planting first week of February or is this late and my plants will suffer? I will be planting on an open balcony that faces westish, so direct sun is only possible from around 3:00 pm to sundown, is this a major obstacle? thanks, tmer
