Hahaha not quite. I dont live in stupidity hot QLD remember. My mate runs LEDs through summer no worries no air con but he uses a small heater over winter which he reckons the savings in power from his LEDs of set the cost of.

Really. So the 1000 hour change time ive read is bullshit then. Im assuming your talking about a high quality like a Phillips bulb will last that long. What brand are you reffing to.

Nah Billy's cooked lol. If ya use a globe longer than a year it's gunna have some massive drop off

Personally mate after this winter I'll be running 2x 630 cmh next winter so I don't need heat added. And summer will be full led. Diy is the go whether it's hlg, or atreum, chilled or cutter they're all pretty well on par now. Gok the lm301b Samsung diodes and the 660nm reds. I hear good things about hi par 630 w de cmh

That auto grow i did a few years back was done under a 600w son t bulb that i bought around 2001 and used for a number of grows thereafter...
