That's huge mate. Kidding, a good start. Notice you're in all perlite. Have you ever done a fabric pot with all perlite? I'm toying with that idea and my recirc system. Can't see why it wouldn't work. How do you feed yours? With me 2 current autos they are in 20L perlite pots and going strong. I'll try to take pics tonight

Sounds like a good plan. My last 2/3 runs I've gone pure perlite and nowhere a gnat to be seen after previous runs with coco. Best of luck.

It's in a 15 litre pot, in canna coco plus, with an inch of perlite on top to stop fungus gnats. (Hopefully).

 

Gave them some week coco a and b nutes, and a drop of seasol, and now just water. Seem to be going ok.

I was taking the piss but you responded sensibly :) I've not experienced gnats fresh from opening any canna branded coco bags. But I do a fair bit of outside gardening and certain times of the year have a lot of gnats outside. I reckon I carried a few inside and probs doesn't help that I grow in a high humidity dungeon under my house.
