Mixed oaten chaff in with Lucerne mulch and I'm liking it.

Also provides a nice avina Sativa oats cover crop.

you using regular malted barley top dresses ?

Not regular mbp but occasional with Neem.

 

Grew some barley and mulched back in and very fungal.

Maybe irrelevant now brother I only read page one and skipped to last page so some other cobba may have picked it up but I like using pumice stone and rice hulls for aeration as they are great places for microbes to chill and Ag Lime instead of dolomite lime as dolomite has Mag in it and can fuck with your soil and your cation exchange capacity really hard if you have excess clay as magnesium clumps clay up. Looks kill though you know what you’re doing.
