Oh yeah i forgot to mention that the hemp seeds and hemp oil actually taste GOOD it has a slight sweet nutty flavor and is compatible with just a about all fruits and vegies and is great in smoothies and all baked goods it just goes with everything

Sweet GQ Ill defiantly give it a go, I find flax oil is great for my memory and joints but literally have to have 100ml a day, when I was weight lifting it was doable but every day life I find it tuff. Thanks for all ur help every little bit counts. [emoji171]

No worries at porcha it doesnt look like much but it tastes so good,the kids made these last week and its fresh sweet qld pineapple pieces on the bottom with vanilla bean ice cream and fresh cream with the hulled hemp seeds on top instead of nuts and it was delicious

That’s cool GQ great to know it tastes good too as I hate taste of flax seed but this seems to have the same benefits as the flax seed. And I feed my dogs flax oil too [emoji171][emoji240] defiantly going to look at hemp as a substitute [emoji5]

Thanks GQ this sounds doable to me, I usually only take it at night to sleep without pain and I’m a insomniac with restless legs and lots more it seems to stay in my system for pain relief till 10am if I take it at midnight. I’m over taking cappadex and forte for the pain and sleepeze just makes me feel tired all day. So defiantly I might try this and a smaller amount mid dayish if needed for pain but I generally just tolerate it till bed time [emoji171]

I find it funny as you can be normal as one minute and next feel like tour tripping....and it makes me laugh ....especially if i am around people who dont know i have had it
