Growin at 800 meters, not always easy!

It ended up being a nice start to Spring, got to 14.2c here, couldnt resist, put in a couple of Mataro Blue seeds. Also a few tomato's and egg-plants.

We had a fine day too, 15C... you are pushing the boundaries of the season... I wont be starting toms for a few weeks yet.

I've started my tomato seeds a week ago , Reggae Roma , indeterminate tomato 

started seeds last year on the 1st of Aug ( the horse's birthday ) & believe it or not 

pulled them out in july , they just continued to grow & set fruit but the fruit took forever

to ripen which they never did on the tree , so gave them the chop & sat the fruit on the

kitchen window ledge , they ripened but were nowhere near as nice as the earlier tomatoes 

If your looking for a tomato Reggae roma is a big producer , 2 plants & your given tomatoes away

One of me hobbies, pushin boundaries, particually when it comes to growin. The last couple of years my tomatos have done the same as itchy's, gone thru to july, I plant climbing cherry tomatoes, they come in orange and red colour and I hear that you can get black ones
