Potential outcome of legalization?

I have to agree Doc, I don't think it would become legal within the foreseeable future here either. I don't see decriminalisation happening either. Everything points to a tighening of control, not loosening it. Especially now that twat Abbott is in power.

 

That's interesting that it's still illegal to cultivate in Amsterdam, yet legal to sell in the headshops. Bit of a paradox!

 

Brick, AQIS don't control what plants are and aren't illegal to cultivate generally speaking. Last time I checked, diviner's sage was legal to import, yet it's illegal to grow or possess on the federal level. From what I understand, customs are the ones who dictate what can and can't be grown...or something like that. There are probably different government departments which control different areas, depending on what catergory the plant falls into.
