A Few Ideas For My First Setup

dont no if im doing this right but hope it all comes up ok. I've tried growing b4 with varying consequences so now im going for it proper with a decent set-up. I wont bore you with the details of my other stone age set up just with ideas for my new 1 first off im going indoors wiv this and i woz going to opt for scrog but with the space i have available i wondered if i woz better off going down a different/more productive route as scrog seems to be more for space saving.

The dimentions i have to play wiv are 15ft x 15ft x 8.5ft high, not saying im building a grow to fill all of this just thats what i've got to play wiv. I dont really want more than 15 plants at any 1 time and that includes clones and mother. So i put it to you all what would be a setup that could yeild 1kg per harvest???

I'm also liking to the idea of spliting into two flowering areas so when i harvest 1 the other would be ready to harvest in half the time (so they overlap each other) hope that made sense.

Another option ive been looking at is water cooled hps lamps, i dont no if any1 out there has got or used these but id like to no what everyone thinks on them, are they cost effective, give better/bigger buds etc cause i would of thought they could be very close to the plants while giving out little or no heat which could give a huge light intensity to the plants?? sorry to go on but lots of Q's and i need A's. so hope u can all help me

Just a few things b4 i depart, im growing in soil, i wanna b able to get to all plants, can you veg your plants for as long as you want therefore maybe producing much larger yeild?? An thats it ladies an gentlemen thank you for reading all my waffle and any answers, links, generally useful imput would b much appreciated
