Pots for hydroponic use..

Recommended Posts

I use 2 part pots, the Vaso's with coco, ya get a lil come through when ya first fill em, after that they are fine, no pot sock, nothing. they been doing a good job, also 2 part pots with large drain holes, that, the same again, spill a lil on filling with coco, but after a water, its all good.

Aeration in coco is important, if it wasnt for fungas gnats, I'd run the inserts and no outer. Peace. Nibbler

Hi Brimstond,

I picked up some of those NF Smart pots the other day from the hydro shop.

I reckon they're the ducks nuts. They have adjustable heights and are really flexible and sturdy.

Best style of pot I've seen. Big enough to grow a good size plant.

Im real happy with them.

How did your NF pots go, are the worth stepping up from the cheap standard pot ?

They do look the part. :greedy:

Is there anyone else using these pots ?

I use  the NF pots, they work awesome, the adujustable height is awesome....and I use coco. use nf pot liners in them. someone said earlier they are designed for clay balls only?? that is not true at all. ring up Nutrifield and ask them that directly lol
