I am making some Canna Honey Snaps in preperation for a boring Xmas dinner obligation lol

This is an extremely simple recipe so I am sharing it in the hope that some of you will give it a go.

Ingredients -

80 grams Cannabutter

1/3 cup Honey

1/2 cup of firmly packed brown sugar

3/4 cup plain flour

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Equipment -

Oil or butter for oiling/greasing trays

Cup for measuring

Spoon

Pot and stove (alternatively bowl and microwave)

Oven

Method -

1. Preheat fanforced oven to 170 (180 for a conventional). Individual ovens will vary.

2. Combine butter, honey, and sugar in a pot or bowl and melt on the stove or in the microwave (if on stove remove from heat when melted).

3. Sift flour and ginger into the mixture and beat with a spoon until smooth.

4. Drop mixture onto oiled/greased trays allowing room for them to spread (I cover my trays with foil first so I don't have to clean them).

5. Bake for 8 minutes or until golden. They will still be very soft while warm so take them out even if you think they are too soft.

6. Leave on tray for 5 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool.

I hope you enjoy these as much as I do :D
