I don't think you could stop the tobacco comapnies rolling out joints if it were legalised.

 

I think an age limit is a good idea. If you want your kids to smoke, then good on you. I remember having a sip of dads beer when I was young, but that was my parents choice. I know I wouldn't let my kids smoke or drink until they are mature enough. The government would have huge issues if they didn't put an age limit there. Besides I see enough fucked up young kids as it is, drinking, smoking, swearing like troopers and acting like fuckwits. Fuck off! I don't want them running round high on pot if they can't control themselves already.

 

I also think if it were legalised, it would require a licence like current tobacco laws, and be heavily taxed. The government wouldn't want to miss out on all those tax dollars. So I don't see everyone coming out the woodworks for awhile yet.
