70W Hps & Ballast

G'day all,

I am just in the process of setting up a small scrog box with a 70W Hps. The bulb has a integral starter. On the LHS of the ballast it is marked B and the RHS it is marked L. The schematic diagram on the ballast shows it to be wired with a external starter but the bulb has a integral as I explained before. I was hoping somebody could help with the wiring of the beast. I do understand there is an active, neutral and earth wire but in which order.

 

Any help much appreciated.

gday flyingbrick, personally if I wasn't sure about how to wire my lights properly I would be taking it along to an electrician or a lighting shop and ask them to do it - please remember that electricity is dangerous and incorrect wiring can cause a lot of damage.
