Also i was told by a mate that any shade leaves that are bigger than my palm to pull off. Get more light into the centre of plant. I have done this a few times now prob couple of shopping bags full. What are ur opinions about doing this. It does seem to have promoted more branches.

G'day mate. I always get rid of the big shade leaves, I try to judge it when it has slowed down vegeing, it doesn't cause any problems that Iv'e seen.

I don't think you should take the big shady's off it is there job to suck up the sun and deliver it to the plant,if you pull the leaves off the plant has to redirect it,s energy to replacing the leave's instead of growing bigger and growing buds.
