How much space do I need per plant?

Hey so I have some space to grow, Just want to know if anyone can tell me about how much space will a fully grown female take up, just so I can decide how many plants to grow ...

 

Assuming im not using scrog, and Intend to yield an lb per plant...

 

Please help me out... Like how many meters and how tall???

Well for starters you can't guarantee you will get a pound. Also every single plant is different so its anyone's guess, Just have a dig and see how ya go that's what learning is all about, You will soon know what you can and can't fit in your space.

Iam a fan of 1 plant per light, that said atm i have a 1mx2m space with 2 lights and 3 plants with plenty of ventalation.

Iam putting together a new space 2mx2m 4 lights and going to try 9 plants.

 

Imho if you want a pound per plant stick to 1 light(600w) per plant ,ive seen it done this way with consistant resilts 15-20 ounces per plant. no pgr's.

Also like stated above you'll need the right strain.

It is difficult to say yes you can get a pound of a plant. It all depends on the environment the plant is grown in, 4 people can grow exactly the same strain even the same clones taken from the same mother plant and can still have veering results.

Look around find a diary that appeals to you study it and follow it, make notes along the way and then adjust your next grow accordingly.

If you go out expecting pounds your bound to be disappointed,

expect a few oz's and anything above that is a bonus.

Very true Gills Yeah i should have been a bit more clear on this in the right enviroment an experienced grower should be able to pull it off.

If you want a poundage per plant.

First step is finding genetics will perform like this.

Secondly, I would say, from my own experience.

you will need 1m2 by 2m2 high as a minimum, per plant.

Each plant will need 1 600w HPS to itself.

 

Veg your f1 hybrids for 4 weeks.

 

assuming you got a decent hydro set up,

not just a pot filled with soil and a watering can.

 

I dont see why you wouldent get a Pound per plant.

Oh and 1m x 2m2 is your grow space, your gunna need an

extra 30-40cm for your lights.

Only done small Flouro SCROGS so the big grow is new to me ...
