New grower problems

Recommended Posts

Cheers,

I'll do the following for couple of days...

- Extend the light distance from 50cm to about 1m

- Not water every day

- Reduce the nutes to 1ml/L (which is about 1/3 of recommended dosage on the bottle)

Will report back on progress.

The changes should be pretty apparent as they seem to show up pretty quickly..

It's these damn grow tents I reckon.

Those plants aren't overwatered. That feed regime is as good as any for coco, low nutes with the pH set around 6, with enough to get some run off, that's close enough for any mullie to thrive.

Plants in these damn tents look like they need more Nitrogen as they go stripey light green, yellow, wither and die.

Try this yourself, veg them again under fluoros, get them back healthy, then put them back in the tent and watch them do the same thing.

What "hector" is referring to is that recently there were a lot of dodgy grow tents. The plastic lining emitted toxic fumes harmful to plants when heated (from the light).

From what I heard, many if not all shops stopped stocking affected tents, however im sure there are some still floating around on ebay and the likes.

I doubt your having this issue.. got any where else to grow to eliminate the tent?
