just got some feedback

 

the warrant was not valid!

 

two errors which the prosecution felt would not make the case worth pursuing.

 

1. the end date was outside the 72 hour period the warrant covered

2. in the state of Queensland YOU had in your possesion...

I did go to the supreme court on Oct 1 to witness a case and had seeds put aside for the occasion and FUCKING FORGOT THEM

 

but I went to the supreme court stoned so I should be forgiven

 

Sadly I won't be able to comment on the anti-discrimination issue as it looks like a confidentiality agreement will be put in place, a semi win of sorts there, but I will get a nice letter to hang next to the charges withdrawn one
