Recipe for flowering with minimal growth

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

At the moment I'm using Sensi Bloom A+B Budblood (first week) Advanced Carbo and next week I'll used Advanced nutrients big Bud.

She's getting pretty big and I have only 1/2 a metre now to play with

Do I need to add additional nutrients to pause the growth of the plans so the plant can just concentrate on budding?

Thanks in advance :)

they will tell you if they are having a problem

you will notice as soon as they lack vigour

ok

what makes cannabis change from grow to bloom is photo periodism

seen

in particular

the darkness length

a hormone, which is destoryed by sun light, is constantly released

when that hormone reaches a certain level in the plant, it causes the plant to change to bloom

the darkness length is crucial

seen

if you hav any light leaks inside during the dark cycle, even a little tiny pin hole can stop the bloom cycle from comming on

12 hrs of uninterupted darkness is usually sufficiect to kick in the bloom cycle

is your light/dark cycle at 12/12 or bloom????

how long have they been under the bloom cycle????

usually

there is a 2 week changeover period from grow to bloom (or from vegative to reproductive stage)

in this changeover period growth hight slows and the width starts to increaces

untill bloom fully kicks in things are almost dormant

seen

during the grow you sue grow nutrients

and change to bloom nutrients with the light cycle

is that what you do??????

why do you think the plants are not responding to your expectations??????

Deffenetley Radic,

I was using Dutchmaster "one" for veg

and for flowering (3rd day into) I use 100ml of Sensi bloom A+B, 50 Ml of Advanced Nutrients Carbo, 25g of Advanced Nutrients Bud Blood (first week only) then second week I add same except bud blood and add Advanced Nutrients Big Bud.

I have bought "Quick turn A+B hopefully it helps them from growing more I added just 20Ltr of water and added about 50ml of Quick turn A, tomorrow I'll ad the B. And hopefully Friday I'll add the Bloom, carb, and big bud.

Next time I'll flower at 5 weeks instead of 8.

Hope I'm doing the right thing.

I don't think any light gets in I have stabled Black & white to the walls. There is a 150mm hole right at the very bottom with a 150mm fan blowing nice cool floor breeze through..

You guys are awesome help man!
