I think I posted in another forum...rann is trying to take the liberal vote as SA is so conservative....if he can win that he will win the next election and have a massive superfund for when he retires. Expect him to fix the labour vote nearer the election time...they tend to have shorter memories.....

 

Hes got some good minders making his opinion...mj is just a point scoring issue...he wants to stop SA being the mj cpital of OZ?....then he will only focus peoples attentions on speed.....if the penalties are the same....SA the new speed capital in OZ...hell love that
