I hate to be the bearer of more bad news. Could this sit be classed as a crime site? This government is trying to pass some very Nazi type laws lately. The election can't come soon enough. http://www.theaustralian.news.com.au/story...2-15306,00.html from the australian.news.com.au

Strong Canadian dollar said hurting pot exports VANCOUVER, British Columbia (Reuters) - The strong Canadian dollar has hit the illegal marijuana sector just as it has other industries that export to the United States, one of Canada's best known legalization advocates said on Thursday. But western marijuana growers have also benefited from Canada's strong economy, especially the booming Alberta oil patch, which has increased domestic consumption, according to Marc Emery, a founder of the British Columbia Marijuana Party. The Canadian dollar touched parity with the U.S. dollar last week, topping a rise of some 60 percent over the past five years. On Thursday, it was still…

Love and stuff, Ali xx LEAP Blog 'Tis the Season Harvest time is just around the corner for marijuana growers all over North America soon and I'm excited. I don't think Law Enforcement are though... This means I will have a few solid months of continued cannabis consumption which means better health! Yay. It also means the Police will be busy with continuous interdiction by eradicating grow operations all across Canada and the U.S. Every year around this time I run out of cannabis no matter what I do. I never have enough and the…

LEAP Blog - Is there an end in sight to the Drug War? Last week in my biweekly LEAP blog I spoke of the fact that 80% of Canadians polled wanted opium used for medicinal purposes. I commented on what a smart population we have here in Canada. For more, see this from Frontline . http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/sh...roin/transform/ It seems the United States has some ideas as well. In a sparsely populated area of Afghanistan this past year the local police, with the backing of U.S. law enforcement, took shots at farmers who were blocking the road in prot…

Tuesday Sep 25 17:34 AEST Recipes for illegal drugs and the possession of equipment to make them will be banned under proposed South Australian government legislation. SA Attorney-General Michael Atkinson on Tuesday introduced legislation to parliament that banned the possession of drug-related recipes and equipment without a reasonable excuse. Mr Atkinson said under the legislation people would have to prove why they have equipment used in the hydroponic cultivation of cannabis or face a maximum two years jail or a $10,000 fine. The laws would also apply to equipment for clandestine drug laboratories and drug recipes, including those to make "hash cookies" and al…

Source: www.news.com.au sounds like properganda in order to get marijuana classed as a harder drug again to me besides its not like gangs would trust their crops to kids to grow and maintain even if they had all the knowledge they needed, at the most they would get them to manicure because their tiny hands would be able to get all the small leaves
