Just watched a fantasic doc on History ch. called "Dope Fiend's Paradise". It's a broad view of all drugs gong through the phases of becomming illegal. how race was the main motive, I understand better than I ever have, jsust what the Harrison Tax act was for. I mean I always knew it was to bann drugs, but just why they needed a tax act to do so. it was becuase it was constitutinally, and as I've always said, historically unique that a society ever ruled what a person could put into their body. It dealt much to do with opaite laws, but they touched on everything including grass and acohol prohibition. Interesting facts raise werre that the first people adversely eff…

Out of frustration I e-mailed HEMP SA, the only political organisation I can think of operating in this country. Well at least I think they are still operating and that was largely what the e-mail was in regards to (Do you still exist) I told them that there has been some interest on this site lately regarding reform an what not so I sent them a link to this section of the forum. Will be interesting to see If I hear from them and I'll let you all know if they do. I think they may be as frustrated and disheartened as the rest of us but maybe if they see they have support, score a few more volunteers/donations, they may be able to make a noticable appearance at the next SA …

Does anyone have any ideas that can be used to further the Cannabis Law Reform movement? I think Luke had a great idea of starting a Norml chapter in Australia. This would give us resources at our disposal, and a somewhat official movement backing. Please, and I repeat PLEASE, if you are not interested in law reform, then there is little use for you to read this thread.

http://www.australia2020.gov.au/submissions/index.cfm This is what I need help with. Do people think that section 5 or section 6 will be better to make submissions to, in regards to drug law reform? I personally feel number 6, because drug use/abuse is at the heart of families and communities. Even someone who does not get into trouble with their drug use is still considered a criminal under our archaic laws. So come all you writers/reformers/activists out there, write a submission and help our cause. PLEASE. We don't get too many chances like this, so lets make the most of it. If we don't even try, then we have no reason to winge at all. This may be our chance to…

I wanted to post this in a new thread so that it gets attention, (the real thread is like a road sign, people ignore it if they have read it) What happened in 2007 in relation to Cannabis. There would have to be a bit about Mark Emery, surely. He has done a lot to promote our cause, whether you believe he did more damage than good is irrelavent, he still caused a stir and must be included IMO. Can anyone think of anything else that should be included, in the update?? If so please reply. Also, who has the ability to be able to write it so that it fits in with the original writings? AlFish or Al.B.Fuct maybe??

A good friend and I wish to find a range of weather proof imitation cannabis plants that I can buy and put into pots, These I want to place in my yard, shuffle around, water visible to all, hoping that every busybody who can, reports me to the police, and they waste time and resources investigating all the reports. They keep hassleing me, time I give it back. If I can convince anyone else to help by sticking a fake plant outside PLEASE DO! But mainly I need high quality, all stages of development, imitation cannabis plant supplier, and the net has not been real helpful. Sorry about the edit he wants …

Cannabis and Driving: A Scientific and Rational Review By Paul Armentano Policy debates regarding marijuana law reform invariably beg the question: "How does society address concerns regarding pot use and driving?" The subject is worthy of serious discussion. NORML’s Board of Directors addressed this issue by ratifying a “no driving” clause to the organization’s “Principles of Responsible Cannabis Use”1 stating, “Although cannabis is said by most experts to be safer with motorists than alcohol and many prescription drugs, responsible cannabis consumers never operate motor vehicles in an impaired condition.” Nevertheless, questions remain regarding the degree to…

Although I didn't vote, I am glad that Mr Howard has been thrown out. Don't forget Mr Howard to take that old fat Bitch Bronwyn Bishop with you, on your way out the door. Although nothing much will change, at least that fat bitch is taken out of the equation. Crristopher Pyne, fuck off. Peter Costello, fuck off. Bronwyn Bishop, Fuck off. Tony Abbot, Fuck off. John Howard, Fuck off. Australia has spoken.
