Hey all Some pics of my first serious attempt. 3-4 weeks in now and the plant seems to be going fine. No idea what strain it is? I've planted it in some soil that is mixed with veggie compost and have just been feeding it on rainwater every few days when the soil dries out a bit. The pics don't show it but around the main stem where the leaves fan out there seems to be little hairs a few millimeters long appearing, female? or too early to tell for sure? I was also wondering whether those spots from the dust storms are of any concern? cheers

I have some white widow seeds that are a little older than two years old now and im having trouble growing them they are not very vigerous at all and was wondering if i bred them if the new seeds would be any good or if they will take after the old parents and not grow very well. the problems im having is they are growning very short and are not building strong roots at all the root growth is very slow its all most like they are stunted i thought at first the soil or something had to be wrong but then i tryed again and all the other plants did the same thing i have grown this strain in the past and they where very good but i just wanted to know if i use the old seed to br…

Hello, I've got a couple of plants germinating at home, and they've just come through. My question is how long before it's safe to move them out into direct sunlight? Also, would it be OK to just grow it in a shady spot in the garden, how much direct sunlight should the plant have as it's growing? Thanks in advance.

Hey all, First time grower here I rarely smoke i'm just not into it, I might smoke my own but honestly i'm just growing because I can and i'm curious about the nature of these plants, Just thought I'd share my experiences with you guys of my first real effort at a grow. Firstly before I started growing I had basically very little knowledge about growing (Nutes, mediums, lighting conditions etc...) and the last time i tried to grow (about 7 years ago) i got 4 seeds from a mate and had no success with them, i followed a crappy method and i ended up killing them so i thought ah forget it...the process seemed complicated and I had literally no idea about what to do. This …

Hey... I am looking into growing my own marijuana... This is mostly because the amount I consume, costs too much to buy at current prices (I go through an ounce in about 4 days, but that's because I prefer to ingest marijuana instead of smoke it). Can marijuana be grown outdoors anytime in Australia? Can I grow it now, in summer? Anything about the climate of South Australia which stands out for outdoor growing? What sort of amount of yield do you typically get off average outdoor plants? Is the THC content in outdoor plants significantly less than hydro grown plants? I am sure this has been asked before but does anybody have any simple grow guide links for co…

I've got five of them. I don't really know anything about growing weed, but I figure that since I've got the seeds, why not give it a try? There are quite a few obstacles though. I can't grow them at home since I live with my parents. I could probably sprout them at home if I needed to, but after that they've got to go out. I've got a huge nature reserve type thing within walking distance of where I live, and that's the only place I can think of to grow them. They'd be at least partially covered by trees, so they'd get plenty of ambient light but probably not a huge amount of direct light. I suspect that the soil quality isn't very good either. I hear that you can grow t…

for germinating? seedlings? budding? some sly dog let slip roses are quite similar in terms of nutrients required for flowering. nonetheless i purchased some slow release rose fertiliser which doesn't quite fit the magical 10:2:5 ratio i hear about for development its still in the tub so i can return it no problems. my plants are seedlings at the mo' first time grow cheers jurrrrbs

Hi all, I hope everyone has a good year & didn't have too many casualties with the heat we've had so far. I've gotta start from scratch again... NOT very happy about it!! I've lost all my pens for this year to fire (4), fuzz (3) & bikies (3). I've just thrown in the last of my seed to hopefully get atleast a pound, maybe 2, but I'm reduced to doing it in the backyard now. The only good thing is that I can keep the water up through the summer if needed. Good luck to everyone & I hope yours grow well! MUD.
