Hi guys ,sorry about all the questions but its my first grow,where do the first pistils or balls grow at on the plant.also once they show there sex how long before the buds start to grow?Last ques.has anyone bought one of those carbon air scrubbers on ebay,the black tubular ones,if so how does it work?Heres some more pics,let me no if there male or female please .thanks guys

Hey Peeps Just curious, how many plants would be the best to grow in a box this size? I was thinking I could get away with 2 maybe? Lighting 400 hps cooltube just let em go/ scrog clay balls/ or nft/aero/dwc sort of idea, room basically sealed with 'homebrew' CO2 injection. I was thinking of having a non-return valve at the top to maintain higher co2 levels than would normally be sustainable with a vent fan extracting... rather let gas pressure vent itself if you know what I mean? I would like to try keep environment near on sterile and very hostile to fkn bugs!!! let me know what yous think and please add your ideas too. Cheers 'snake

hi guys, i'm new to forums so please bear with me and move/delete this if need be. i've been smoking for many years now and am finding the changing of dealers too much to keep up with. in short, i'm sick of calling 14 people before someone has some answers for me. this being the case, i would like to grow myself. Apart from the obvious erowid and personal guides out there, does anyone have a sound method and setup that i could employ to keep me in constant supply? I go through about a quarter each week and sometimes finding it is just too much struggle after the regular 9-5. any help would be much appreciated.

Has anyone ever put newly rooted cuttings in the fridge to store them for a later date ? I have to move soon and I have a lot of cuttings just rooted plus the cupboard going and I dont want to plant the cutting till I have moved . Any ideas ? Cheers CG

Hi All, abc123 reporting.. but personal issues aside.. i have an interesting question Example: Say we have a nice Big Bitch.. good few flower sites.. she goes into flower and is hanging for a root (some sex).. now out of no where Mr God Comes along and chucks a few polen sacked loaded plastic bags over all her flowers.. Now heres the twist.. Each of those Polen Filled Bags come from Totally Differant Strains.. What would be the results of the Off Spring..??? Say the Female Was uhmm Skunk.. and one of the Bottom Pollen Filled Bags was BlueBerry.. and say the a Middle Branch was Haze.. and say one of the Top branches was White Widow.. Are the Results the Obvious…

Hey all, i was wondering why my ph goes from 6.0 to 6.6 in a day. I made a feed for the girls in the morning, come home and the ph was through the roof. I am using a bucket with no lid. All i can thing of is evaporation doing something??? I am just worried for when i do my 50 liter res next week. Help much appreciated

i'm new to indoor growing & nutes in general. i have canna vega a+b for the veg stage of my indoor grow. it says to mix equal amounts of a+b @ (ie)2-3ml per litre. my question is, if (for example) it says "equal amounts of A+B @ 1ml per litre", is that 500mgA+500mgB or 1mlA+1mlB ? i ask this coz i thought the total of A+B should equal the required 'ml per litre' but it seems that i can't get my EC high enough using this method. i think i may be using only half the nutes i should have been. i hope this post makes sense, it seemed to make more sense in my head.

Hi guys i am on my first grow,sk#1 and bb,the question should i wait for flowering to determine sex or should i force flowering?also how long does it take if i let them sex and not force?also when i switch to 12/12 to show there sex should i keep them at 12 12 to bud or go back to veg stage?i am using a 400 mh..

Hey all Well my new seedlins have pop ther roots through the rockwell cubes and have now just planted them into some cocopeat. I plan to put them in the GR in about 2 weeks but till then i have them in this bodgey setup. My Question is what do i feed these babies and how often. Would i be right in saying about 4ml total (2ml of each)of A+B vege nutrients to 4lts of Distilled water as a mix for them. Cheers

since recieving my latest high times in post have been looking real closly at mandala seeds. anyway on there web site www.mandalaseeds.com they have a great faq on gereral soil growing and fertilising with some of the most sensible info i have come across definatly worth alook by experianced new alike (have ordered kalichakra for my next grow and will do a grow diary)have a look

I have made a grow box just for my seeds to get bout 15cm high so i can move them out side. The box is about 30cm High, 50cm Long, 25cm wide. i went down to the local hardware shop today and bought a workmen fluro which was like 11w and $60 i have stringed it to the lid of the box. i wraped the box in foil (dont critsise me). And my CS seeds have just popped out of the soil. i just leave the lid a bit open. the light get so hot i can hardly touch it. do i need a fan. if yes where do i get one cause i live in the city and i will need one which i will just have to plug in becuase i am not really a genious at electronics. Thanks, Great Website, i am addicted to it.
