hi all when changing to 12/12 for flowing how long should u wait until you change to flowing nutrients ???? or should u change it at the same time

Okay Guys and Girls, Just a quick question!! When do you start counting the days for budding? Do you start counting the days when the first preflowers appear?? I have no idea, I'm growing outdoors and I have determined sex around 4 weeks ago. My girls have been stretching heaps and I think they have stoped the stretch now and I have little buds starting to form and they are looking really good except for one girl that has been attacked by some bug. I cant find the bug as such but I have started spraying with the garlic spray recipe supplied by Ferengi420. Cheers Thatswho

Hey all, Well got a fresh batch of seeds, going for another attempt. Now others mentioned to use distilled water to soak the rockwool cubes or paper towel etc, instead of normal water. At the supermarket they gave me demineralised and said it was the same thing. Is this correct? Would I be right to use this? Also What germination technique should I go for this time? I was thinking id try soaking some rockwool cubes and placing the seed about 1cm down, placing in a dark area and make sure the cube stays moist. If that didnt work Id go for direct sow, and finally the paper towel method But yeh my real question is about the water. Cheers!

Been reading alot over at the advanced nutrients web site, and i got 2 say they really got there shit together with there product lineup. Carnt wait till they get there hole range in Australia, as I would like to try there hole nutrient system. There flore calulator looks unreal and can be adjusted for weeks and litres of tank, very professional. Have allways used General Hydro products, but looking at AN products they could knock GH off there perch. But only a test grow will confirm. Has anyone had any experiance with there products? Jack

hey every1...i got this plant off a friend of mine to look after while he is on holidays..im not sure how old it is, or what strain it is but i am pretty sure that growing it in that tiny pot and with no air getting in because of the bucket thing he has over the top isnt going to do the plant too well...can some1 tell me what is wrong with the plant? the bottom leaves are starting to turn yellow and droop down..the friend told me only to leave the lid off for 10 mins a day..to explain the "bucket thing" further.. it is a clear plactic cylinder that is sealed off at one end..he has to of them which he tapes together.. the opening is about 20cm wide and it is around 50cms t…

Hi all, I got some fantastic bud the other week, there were about 20 seeds, so I thought "why not?" I have seed from seed direct and some others ready for move to tas, not going to waste them, all I did was put them in an old cement tub full of garden soil, put 7 beans in, 5days later 7 little kids poked their head up!, glad I kept the rest! now here comes the question, the one bean I pick as best, size/colour(dark dark dark!) and shape, rounded end, I planted in centre of tub was, the first up,the most rapid opening and here is the odd one! the water leaves are in a 3leaf clover shape, and the first swords are also triple's b4 anyone asks, yes weed seed! .
