This might be a new product, I happened upon it while shopping for rooting hormones that I could add to the water in my aeroponic cloner. It's used as a foliar spray, first to the mothers, and then to the clones. My cuttings went in the cloner late on Dec 28th. I checked today and about 1/3 have roots! The aerocloner does work fast, but never this fast! All are healthy, and the roots look to be a day or two old, with fine hairs and about a thumbnail in length. I'm impressed. The stuff has a vitamin smell to it before mixing, and the spray has no smell at all.

So i had to leave for a while and i knew my clones would dry out, so i left the lid on to keep them all moist. So when i get back today, they are very moist still and alive. But.....the roots on some that are sticking out are fuzzy. I'm assuming this is mold. So my question is, are the clones ruined? Can i rinse off the mold and consider them usable? I don't know what to do with them. Will the mold be in the plants system and cause problems later? Anyone with experience or advice is welcome. Thanks

Bonsai Wire

Anyone use bonsai wire for training? I used it for outdoor plants with much success, would shape the branches out and spiralling so as to form a platform of leaves similar to scrog but more elegant. Ah, those were the days Had to allow some looseness so branches wouldn't get strangled.

Hey dudes. Has anyone had experience with dripfeeding coco? Im doing this experiment with the setup in the pic. The pot is 75 liter, the drip feeders are 4 liters per hour each. What im looking for is an even spread of water through ther pot without any dry patches so that the coco isn't wasted. When i see some water i the tray underneath i'll pull out the coco and see how it went. Any advice would be appreciated. cheers RR

Just trying my hardest to get my 1st grow off the ground and want to know whether the additives like Monsta Bud really does work? Any recommendations would be great. I have no dates written down, don't know the strains, using 400 Watt Sont-agro 12/12 with fan on when light on.I keep the ph at just undr 6.0. I am hand watering at night as recommended , also have the box vented using ducting and another fan .I put a similar bush[same as the biggest one in the cabinet] out side in the chook cage, they can't get to it and it looks like a chilli plant, might put some plastic chillies on it, its flowers are tiny, actually its fuckin' tiny too, about 6 months old, raised under…

Just wondering how it turned out. Was it still bush or did it turn out like hydro? I'm considering a "bush" type sativa for indoor/outdoor grown in coco. Cheers RR

Hey guys. This is my first time here, and I wanted to ask something. My friend is a fisherman and he kills eels, chop them up and put it in the bottom of his pot because he says it fertilises his plants. Would this be a source of nitrogen considering the fertiliser Blood and Bone, has nitrogen from "bone and flesh"? Just an interesting alternative that I would be keen to try as long as it didnt kill the plants. Also, the plants are 3 weeks old and the stems are still kinda week and some of them still slightly bend over, is this a nutrient deficiency or what? The soil is crappy grade soil, mixed with Blood and Bone, and then some Miracle-Gro. Thanks guys.

I was over at a mates place a few months ago, and he was showing me his nice grow shed. He had some really large gas type bottles bottles, that I think he said contained co2 or somethinf like that. What was he going on about, and how do they make the plants grow better. He's packed up now and moved north so I can't ask him.

I just got a new product today, called gel 2 root. I got it from a catalog here, but it's a UK product by a company called SupaPlants. The label says: No hurry to pot on, holds plants until you're ready. no need to water or feed. See roots growing. Clean, peat free and safe to use. It's a clear gel that you put in any clean container use 40 ml per cutting min. Add a humidity dome, and watch 'em strike roots. I'm going to make sure to put one in a glass and take pix to post so everyone can see. I'm also going to fill my aerocloner to see which way works fastest and easiest.
