best A+B ferts for indoor soil

I had a look throug a few pages but could not find what i was after.

Im taken my swiss bliss to a mate who just got a 400w hps setup in a proper grow cabinet. We are using seed raising mix with some perlite mixed. It came with all the res, pumps & stuff but we are goin soil & hand water till we get the hang of it.

So for 1 plant in soil hand watered.... what would be the best flower nutes to buy & would the 1lt A+B do a 9 week flower?

After we get better we have some Jack herer

1L nutes will do 1 plant in soil you will have a shit load left over probably close to full bottles as for the nutes i would head down to bunnings and take a look at what soil fertilizer they have avalable for tomato plants
