Hey all, Just grew my first plant and now have a few questions. I grew it outdoors, in a pot. As it was planted towards the end of summer, didn't get very long to veg before it started flowering. Its only about 30cm tall. There are a few others planted at the same time (i threw a bunch of old seed in the pot just to see if they would grow) but they are between 15-20 cm only.. Seems to have turned out okay, it was just sitting in the garden with some other herbs and didn't get any special care. What I am wondering is if there is any way to clone these ones, now that they have already started flowering and there aren't really any leafy branches out on such a small pla…

So things are getting closer and closer to me getting my grow room up n happening wont be long now till i move into me new gaff. Over the time ive been slowly but surely saving for equipment and its time to go out and start buying some stuff. Havn't got the $$$ for a double heat mat, but have waaay too many clones for the old single to deal with , so... came up with this idea... Whats do ya's think? will it work? anyone tried it? major oversights? ???? Just wondering how many other people clone in flowering.... Out of 4 clones, taken from 4 differnet plants.. 1 died 2 are doing fine, but there is no new growth... they just have roots and color in the leaves, but no growth. This one was a the biggest cutting and i didnt pick all of the bud off.. I get the feeling thats where new growth comes from. Hi I bought "cal Max" today for a suspected calcium deficiency and when I got home I realised It also has added nitrogen NPK 2-0-0. This shits me cause I don't want to mess with my NPK ratios. The other product "Cal Mag Plus" has it also. Why do they have to add nitrogen? Just wondering if there are any alternative products. Thanks

Are these unhealthy sprouts? I germinated in the rockwool. The water is distilled water with a pH of about 5.8 and I've also included Canna Rhizotonic @ 2mL per Litre. They are in a propagation tray with a clear humidity dome and placed on a heating mat. The leaves seem to have a kind of a sickly yellow colour. The first sprout arrived about 12 hours ago. As you can see they are all this yellow colour. Any suggestions? JonDgls

I'm planning to try grow a few plants along near where I live. I live in a sorta city area though so bush areas are out of the question. It's just for shits and giggles to see if they'll actually grow. The spot will most likely be along a train line or other spots that are "in plain sight" so to speak, but where people don't actually walk or look to hard at. I plan to put it in a camo'd pot 3/4th the way into the ground hidden away from sight and inbetween other bushes and plants. I'll go back to the spot when ever I need to and give it a bit of TLC, trim, maybe some spray, etc. (in the wee hours of the morning or late late at night obviously) Anyway, when I go scout…

does anyone know about trimming branches below there scrog mesh ive read that some people cut all the branches below the mesh supposingly to use all of its energy on the tops.i find this hard to believe has anyone compared trimming all branches off apposed to leaving them on all my experiece tells me the plant would shock out and stop growing for a week or so

ok.... right now im not using a gallon of water at each watering, but all nutes and such call for an x amount of nutes per gallon of water. a couple questions to illustrate my ignorance. 1. if i mix up a gallon, can i keep what i dont use for the next couple feedings? 2. am i limiting the nutes if i dont use the per gallon system? 3. i SUCK at math and fractions and what not, what measuring system will be easiest and most accurate so im not over/under nuting? 4. anything i can get to make it all easier?

Yesterday i bought some really cheap plant food its called miracle gro i know i know terrible right. basically i am just wondering on how to add the nutrients to the plant? so should i just add it in my soil whilst im watering it? im not even sure how much i should pour in it says add every 2 weeks ive already read the instructions ive diluted it and the ratio is 15-13-14 is that good for veg? considering that this is my 2nd grow ever im not fussed with expensive nutrients i'll leave that for when i get better well i at least hope to Peace

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, just spent 5 minets looking at the menu and decident to post here, A friend is looking to get some new seeds soon, and hes looking for a good resinous indica. He's grown Bubblelicius a year or so ago, and that was great, but old, it won 2 awards back in 1998, damn, nearly a decade ;/. Anyway, thinking if that was so good, does anyone have any recommendations on some new good 100% or mostly indica strains. I hear maybe skywalker, but thats kinda old too i think, i donno. Any ideas?
