General Cultivation Q&A

Hi stoners, going to switch over to 12/12 soon, i've already purchased some nutrients and additives and was wondering if I need anything else to maximise my harvest and quality. Currently growing white widow in rockwool. I have been using the following for veg: Veg nutes Cannarhizotonic Zyme For flower I have: Flowering nutes Cannarhizo Zyme Potash Is there any obvious deficiencies in that list? and can anyone suggest what else i could use to maximise my harvest Thanks in advance

Well, seems we aussies are doing it different once again . Going through the international forums I have hardly found anyone growing in 100% coco except the odd aussie, nearly all the growers in europe and the US seem to use a 70/30 mix of coco and perlite. I get questioned regularly about the lack of perlite in my grow, some are quite adamant that you need perlite to get good results from coco! I have been using straight coco for about 12 months without any issues with the water/feeding balance, which seems to be the most common reason people give for requiring the extra drainage (they say coco stays wet to long, not allowing enough feeding before risk of root rot). Hey growers, just a quick question about seedlings and clones, I have 2 energy saving compact fluoro's, both 100watt, one 6500k the other 2700k. will they be ok for raising clones and seedlings or too intense?? please give me some advice, i need it!!!

Hi Guys, I am about halfway through my first grow, growing 15 plants in pots of coco under a 600w HPS light in a grow tent. I was thinking about doing a more advanced Hydroponic setup for my next grow as it is very time consuming watering each of the buckets. I was thinking of building a ebb and flow system nut I wanted to get some advice about what everyone here thinks is the easiest hydroponic system to use and also what everyone believes is the best hydroponic system to use. Any advice would be great, also if someone could give me some advice on building a system or point me in the direction of a web page that would be fantastic

Hi, has anyone used this product and what do you think of it? What nutrient do you think is the best or are they much the same it's all in the additives that matter?

this is a question that's probably been asked before, i did a search but came up with nothing.. so, i want to see an opinion here of what the best growing technique is in terms of speed and yield? thinking logically it would go in order of slowest (soil) to hydro to fastest (aero). would i be accurate in saying this? i want to know, if people could set up any system they wanted within a 2 square metre grow room - what would it be?

Just ordered Celtic Berry from PS. After they arrive I will be ordering some Fuma Con Dios. Predominately sativa. Has anyone tried this strain? I like the sativa's .
