Yeh with an overside fan youll need a big filter! was just recommending that if they were gonna stick filter at the end of ducting. Another potential option are inline filters from phresh more expensive though but potentially good for a fix for the moment until you upgrade to a new tent.

 

You can use a reducer and go a smaller filter if your running the filter in the tent.

Thats how i roll... 2 vents into 1 big ass carbon filter, seems to be doing the job....

Certainly can, just gonna be careful not going over max rated CFM of the filter, as you start to move air too quickly the carbon can't do its job
